"So you hid behind the curtains as they made love?" Will asked.

Jillian nodded. "I really hope I never do that again." She said.

Will nodded. "I completely understand." He said.

Alyss walked in and saw Jillian. She looked to Will and gave him a questioning look. "I'm guessing she's the--"

"Contact I mentioned. Yes." Will interrupted.

Alyss and Will stared each other in the eye for a few moments before Alyss turned to Jillian. "Right. You be careful, Jillian." She said. "Being a Ranger's contact can be a very dangerous thing."

"I am aware." Replied Jillian.

Alyss nodded and walked over to the stove and began making coffee.

Will turned to Jillian. "So Lady Laylanie is the one who set up the assassination in the first place." He said.

Jillian nodded. "On the one hand, I'm glad I stayed for that little bit of info, but on the other hand, I'm not."

"You did good. Thank you for keeping an eye on Elroy for me."

Jillian gave Will a confused look. "Was it just just a one-time thing?" She asked.

Will shook his head. "You will still be my eyes and ears inside the castle. I will inform my Commandant about the information you just gave me and we will start on guarding the Queen. Thank you, Jillian. You may go now." He replied.

Jillian rose from the seat and went for the door. "Thank you for trusting me." Jillian said over her shoulder before leaving the cabin.

Once she was outside, she sighed. She was nervous about talking to Will, even if she wanted to get out of that Castle.

She decided to walk slowly to the castle to calm her mind. This is going to get worse isn't it? She asked herself.

She nodded as if answering her own question.

Almost as soon as she began reaching for the door, a gloved hand with a cloth covered her mouth.

She immediately began to struggle, which she soon found out to be a bad idea as she passed out. I'm so stupid. She thought as she could feel her body being dragged away.

A/N: Hey Guys! Sorry for the short chapter, but I didn't know where else to stop. Also, I'm honestly having fun with this book. I asked happy_writing how she wanted the story to end, but she told me to basically end it how I want it. At least that's what I got from our conversation.

But, yeah. I'm having fun, especially since Maxtheamazingdog comments literally seconds after the chapters are posted. Just seeing people comment on my stories brings a smile to my face.

Thanks for sticking with the story!
