"Drake!" Kendall laughed as her boyfriend Drake lifted her into the air.
"What? I like doing that." Drake exclaimed putting her back down.
"Hey Kendall. Hey Drake." They heard behind them. They turned around to see their friend Mackenzie or Mac for short.
"Oh hey Mac. What's up?" Kendall said.
"Nothing much." Mackenzie said right as the bell rang.
"Let's go to engineering. I wonder if Trent and Amber are there?" Kendall said.
"They should be. I think Amber was helping him with something for one of his summer classes he was still confused about." Mac said.
"Well lets go see." Drake stated.
They walked past the multi-use room and walked towards the engineering wing. They entered their classroom and found the teacher had made a seating chart for the first day. They spotted their seats and realized they were sitting next to each other, all in a row.
The countertops were just straight rows going down. The order went Mackenzie, Trent, Amber, Kendall, and Drake. The teacher went up and explained what will happen in this class throughout the year. Halfway through his explanation, someone came into the classroom with five envelopes. They handed them to the teacher and he called out the people's names."Mackenzie Byers?" Mackenzie raised her hand.
"Drake Levy?" Drake raised his hand as the teacher passed him the letter.
"Kendall Malsey?" Kendall raised her hand.
"Amber Simmons?" Amber raised her hand.
"And Trent Henderson?" Trent hesitantly raised his hand.
The teacher then resumed to what he was originally talking about. Class was soon over and they all had to go to separate classes. They all walked through the halls. Kendall, Mac and Amber had to go to English. Trent had to go to history. And Drake had to go to AP calculus. Although they weren't in the same class together, they all opened the letters at the exact same time.
"Mr. Henderson, Mr. Levy, Ms. Byers, Ms. Masley, and Ms. Simmons,
This letter is meant for your eyes only. My name is Agent Joshua Campbell. I work with the WWIA, Worldwide Intelligence Agency. We are short on agents and we need you five to help. Each of you has something unique to offer the team itself. We will go into more detail at a later date. We need you five to come to our headquarters. We know you all live relatively near San Francisco and that's where our closest headquarters is to you five. We want all of you to be there this Saturday at 12 o'clock sharp and we can explain more in depth about why we want your help.
Thank you.-Joshua Campbell."They got out of class and met up with each other.
"Anyone else read that letter?" Trent asked.
"Yea, I'm pretty sure we all did." Amber said.
"Yea, I did." Drake stated.
"So I guess we gotta hang out Saturday, convince our parents to leave us alone in San Francisco, and wander off to this place that we don't even know the address to?" Kendall asked sarcastically.
"Yea I guess so. But I already texted my mom about it, she said I can go." Mackenzie said.
"I already texted my mom about it too. She said I can go as well." Kendall stated.
"Well lets see if this all works out." Amber says.
"But first we gotta get through the first week of school." Kendall stated gaining a laugh from her friends.
