Dear Sam and Matt,
I couldn't decide who to write this letter to because you're both so awesome...so I decided to go ahead and write it to both of you. I don't really know if that's allowed, but this is my letter-writing challenge so I say it is! After all, I'm allowed a bit of creative license.
First of all, let me start by saying that you two are the most epic cousins. I love having the chance to go visit you, or having you come and visit me. Spending Christmas with you guys-either at your house or at mine- is always entertaining. I'm sorry you didn't get to make it up here this year, Sam, but it was really nice of you to stay home and take care of your mom.
I loved seeing you two over winter break when I was visiting colleges. Oh, and congratulations on getting into UVA, Sam! I'm so proud of all your accomplishments.I can't get over the fact that you're both so easy to talk to and so relatable.
Matt, our conversations about Death Note and the origin of 'swag' never fail to make me laugh. Most people would think I'm crazy, but you just go along with it like I'm a totally rational human being. I think the fact that you've stuck with marching band for so long is really admirable and I'm glad that you've found something that you enjoy doing. I wish I had enough skill to be in some kind of band, but I don't.
Sam...what can I say? You're awesome. You're so easy to talk to and you're a million times smarter than I am. I'm so grateful to you for helping me with my physics project earlier this year. I probably would have failed if you hadn't have given me advice and explained the conepts to me. And you saved me again when you helped me find my way to your house when I was lost somewhere in Louden County. You know how directionally challenged I am. Actually, that's kind of an understatement. Without your help, I probably would have ended up in Canada. Or Texas. Or Mexico. I'm that bad at finding my way around, but you already knew that.
Anyway, I don't want this to turn into a rambling 'i-love-you-so-much-you're-the-greatest-cousins-ever-and-i-love-you' letter so I'm going to stop writing now.
I Love you guys!
~Kat
