I remembered that time of the year 2008, I went on a vacation and stayed in my uncles family for two months. And when I came back and attended the first day of school, I found out three things

First: My friend, V----- was adopted by his uncle and changed his last name, the reason why I was unable to see his name on the list of our class, and thought he transferred schools.

Second: C------e transferred school.

Third: another one of my friends, K---, also transferred schools.

Many of my friends that time transferred schools and so, my last year of grade school was a sad one and a series of... bad experience, and, regrets happened.

Also,On September that year, I found out I.A 's birthday. I didn't know it back then, one time I overheard her cousin which is my classmate, talking about her birthday.

There was a ruins of the old school building and I accidentally found the place and became my hideout, that time, I was there, taking a nap. I.A's cousin who were playing with his friends that time shouted her birthday when one of my classmates asked in curiosity... It was loud enough that all sixth graders both those who are inside the classroom and outside playing can hear.

And I didn't miss that, I took note of her birthday and still remember it up till now, though I found out that she's older than me by a few months...

Here's  how I found out about the hideout...

I was not the first one to discover it.

It was the early august of year 2008 when we were playing a game similar to baseball but you won't hit the ball with a bat, but kick it. I was the leader of the "It" or in tagalaog, "Taya"team, and was in charge of throwing the ball to the opposing team. The ball was hit strongly that it went inside the old school building's ruins and I went alone to take it, when I found the ball and stood up...

I saw her, I.A sitting at on top of what used to be the supporter of the floor boards of the old school building. She looked surprised when I saw her there.

I stood shock, I don't know how to act in front of her that time. that's when she, for the first time smiled at me.

She asked me what we are playing and when I told her, she nodded and smiled...

I tried peeking at that place again but since someone discovered their hideout, they stopped coming and I took it as my own since then.
