Young Love (Luke Hemmings)

Chapter 4

So this is the chapter that Stephanie meets Luke lol

The ride to the new house seemed long but short.

We drove by cute little and big houses with many gardens, it seemed like a nice little neighborhood.

The car ride was about thirty minutes but it was great to see around a little.

"So um, mom can you tell us where we moved now?" I questioned.

"Australia"

"What, Australia?" I failed to pronounce

"Yes" she replied

"Will we see alligators?" My sister questioned

"Maybe" mom responded.

Great the Last thing I wanna see is an alligator in my back yard.

Soon as we arrived I noticed we have only one neighbor since I live in the back but in the middle of the neighborhood.

The drive way of the house wasn't long but wasn't short and the house was pretty big but not as big as our neighbor's house.

I stepped out if the car smelling the fresh air and let the sun hit my face the weather here is so much better than Maryland where the wether is rarely perfect.

I walked inside my new home and it was amazing crimson walls beautiful beige carpets and amazing chandeliers throughout the house.

"Alright, Stephanie you can go pick your room first since you more mature and older." my mom pleaded

"Thanks, mommy!!!" I replied while kissing her cheek.

All the rooms were wonderful but I chose the one that had a balcony an to glass doors so you can enter and exit the balcony.

It was also a pretty big bedroom and a nice closet, there was one door I didn't know what it was so I opened it.....

'A bathroom'

"Cool" I whispered to myself

"Steph, did you find a room?"

"Yes!"

"Wow, it's beautiful!"

My mom said.

"I know right." I responded

"Well, Steph come and help us with the luggage and help us unpack."

My mom asked.

"Alright."

As I made my way outside I seen a boy who looked 17 or 18 he had blonde hair and I couldn't tell what color his eyes were but he was attractive from what I could see.

"Hello" the boy said

"Hi" I responded

"So your our new neighbors?" he questioned.

"Yea." I responded

"Well it's very nice to meet you."

He complimented

I know I had to be red

"Thanks, same." I responded

"Well um I guess I'll see you later."

"Um my name is Stephanie but you can call me Steph." I said

"Well see later Steph, my name is Luke." he said

"Um, bye luke." I said with a smile.

Soon I brought in all my bags and started unpacking.

Then I heard a familiar voice it was Lukes'.

"Knock, knock" Luke said Tapping his knuckles on my door.

"Um, hi not trying to sound rude but what you doing in here." I said

"Er, your dad just came next door and asking for help so yea." He responded

"Oh, okay then" haha I faked laughed.

"Well, Steph I'll be back I have too help out your dad, see ya!"

"Bye"
