Chapter 2
Rey set another pan of muffins in the counters to cool off. She began to hum the song playing on the radio continuing to work on orders coming in the kitchen.
"Hey Rey, we need some extra hands come get a table or two?" Finn called out setting down plates of waffles.
"Yeah hold on a sec!" Rey said taking off her apron and grabbing a notebook to take down orders.
Rey walked out to the tables. She walked up to a a table towards the back with only one person sitting there. She threw on a happy smile and a preppy voice.
"Hello my name's Rey and I'll be serving yo..." Rey started but cut herself off when he saw his face. "Hey you're the guy that ran into me yesterday!"
"Oh I'm sorry. I was, um, well it's hard to explain," the man mumble.
"Alright, well what can I get you?"
"Just some coffee," he says fumbling with his fingers.
Rey walked off to hey the strange man's order. She grabbed a cup and began to pour his coffee. From several feet way the man studied Rey. Rey glanced up and made quick eye contact with the man. Rey quickly looked away.
Putting a lip on top of the man's cup she made her way back over to the table. Rey set down he cup on the table offering a small smile. As Rey walked away a voice stoped her.
"Wait!"
Rey turned around back to the man. "Yes?" She questioned.
"Um, where is the nearest hotel?" The man asked chewing on the inside of his cheek.
"Well it's about three blocks away from here. Not too far. Just head out right and take a left and another right you should be able to see it up ahead," Rey said kindly.
"Thanks," the man said smiling at her. The man payed and headed out the door glancing back at Rey with a smile.

Kylo fell back onto the bed of the room he had just rented for the night. He told himself that he would get away but he wasn't so sure. But seeing someone like her gave him hope.
"Tomorrow," he mummers to himself. "Tomorrow I'll ask."

Kylo tossed and turned in the bed. He shot up gasping and sweating. He shook his head to clear away the nightmares. He climbed out of bed shoving his shoes onto his feet. Making sure he had his hotel key, Kylo walk out of his rented room.
Kylo made his way down the street avoiding all contact with people. He had made it several blocks down the road before being stopped by a tall blonde headed lady.
"Ah Phasma, to who do I owe the pleasure?" Kylo says sarcastically.
"Aw come on Kylo. You know you missed me over these few weeks," the tall lady says.
"Actually I missed you leaving me the hell alone for the pass few weeks," Kylo snaps at her. "It's a lot nice without a bunch of murders hanging around me."
"Your forgetting the fact that you've killed many people in the past few years."
Ben snapped his head towards her pushing her back into a small alley. "That was the old me. The old me would kill people without a second thought. Now don't make the old me come out for a minute and send you off with the rest of those people," he yells at her.
Phasma jumped out at Kylo brandishing a sharp knife in her hand. Kylo quickly stepped to the side causing Phasma to trip.
"Come on Phasma, you know better than to try me," Kylo says stretching out his arms.
"Just following orders. To bring your dead body back to Snoke. Sounds like fun right? Death is the greatest adventure," Phasma smirks.
Kylo swings around nailing Phasma in the stomach. She flys against the wall knocking her out.
"I don't think I'm ready for the greatest adventure. But you trying to find me is going to be pretty good."

Kylo pushed open the doors to the bakery. He makes his way over to the table he sat at the day before. A man came over and took his order. After the man came back with his order Kylo stopped him.
"Is Rey here?" Kylo asks. The man nods. "Any chance you can get her for me?"
The man went to kitchen. A few seconds later Rey walks out towards him.
"Can I help you?" She questions.
"Um you might want to sit down," Kylo says nervously. Rey sat down across from Kylo. "So my name is Ben Solo. I'm going out on a limb here saying this but, I need your help getting me away."
