Justise Winslow
"How was your day at school baby?" My mom asked as she cooked hamburger helper.
"It was great, I met this girl she's really nice and um very giving." I told my mom cause I was debating on if I should tell her about the phone.
"Oh well that's nice, what's her name?" She asked me.
"Her name is Aerin and actually she gave me a phone."
"A phone?" My mother turned around and looked at me like I was crazy.
"Yeah..." I trailed off.
"Well why is this little girl giving you a phone, did you tell her about our situation?" My dad asked.
"No I promise I didn't, I was sitting at lunch by myself and we started talking and she wanted me to text her but I told I couldn't so then she said she wou-" I stopped talking when I felt the phone vibrating.
"See she's calling me now."
"We'll answer." My mom told me.
I slid the button over to answer the phone. "Hello?" I said.
"You get my text I asked if I could come over since we didn't have school tomorrow it's not a bad time is it? I'll order pizza." She asked.
"Um I just talking to my parents about you let me ask really quickly hold on." I told her putting the phone on mute.
"She said she wants to come over and she will order pizza cause we don't have school tomorrow."
"I don't know, we don't even kno-"
"Yes baby it's fine she can come over I'll wrap the hamburger helper up and we will eat it tomorrow for dinner." My mother cut my father off as she glared at him.
"Okay thanks y'all." I told them as took the phone off mute.
"Yeah I'll text you the address your allowed to come over." I told her as I hung up and fixed my glasses on my face and texted her the address.
Aerin was a really beautiful girl and despite how small she was, she was pretty to me.
Most dude like them girls with big butts, small waist, and big boobs. But as long as the girl makes me happy it shouldn't matter.
I've never had a girlfriend before or had a first kiss or anything like that. I'm still a virgin I don't think about things like that cause I always like to be to myself.
Like a loner I don't have any friend expect for one friend but he died in a drive by three years ago. Marcus. His name was Marcus that was like brother foreal I told him to get out the streets cause Chicago will eat you up and spit you out.
But of course I took the basketball route and he took the street route. Now he's six feet under, cause he wanted to make fast money the illegal way instead of waiting for his blessing.
That's one thing I do believe in, is God I believe God will put you threw things to make you strong so when the devil tries to knock you down you can get back up and fight again.
Some people look at it as God doesn't hear them but he hears you it's just not the time for you to get that blessing when you want it. It's on Gods time not yours.
After a while of talking to my parents there was a knock at the door.
I walked to the door and looked through the peep hole to see Aerin standing there with pizza.
Opening the door for her she smiled as I smiled back because I was nervous.
"Hello!" She said cheerfully as I chuckled at how happy she is.
