I blinked my eyes open. I must have fallen asleep. I look down and sees y/n sleeping her head on my shoulder, her hand on my chest. I smile a little, she looks so calm. "You fancy her John" a deep voice says from the hospital bed.
"Sherlock" I growl. He knew he was hurting y/n. "John you don't understand why she's mad. It's not me, her mother died of drug over dose. Y/n was the one who found her and called the police. That's why she's mad" Sherlock looks sad.
"You idiot." I keep my voice down aware that y/n is still sleeping. "That's not the full reason, it may be a part of it but Sherlock Holmes she's mad because she cares about you so much and Whenever you put yourself in danger like this...it breaks her heart Sherlock."
Y/n blinks. "John?" She looks to see Sherlock fully awake and says softly "Sherlock, you promised" then walks out leaving him to deal with the guilt.
The nurse comes in and checks out Sherlock. "You can get out tomorrow honey" she says in an American accent. "You've got some good friends who stayed all night in here" she gestures to me then walks out heals clicking on the floor. "I need to get out now" Sherlock yells after her. He growls then gets out of bed. "Sherlock!" I stand up. He wobbles. I rush over to him steading him. "John bring me to y/n I need to apologize."
Y/n was in our dorm sitting on Sherlocks bed tears stain her cheeks. When she sees Sherlock her eyes widen. "Sherlock!" Her voice is a mixture of worry and surprise.
"Y/n I'm sorry I'm really sorry" he looks down. "I hate hurting you, you're my best friend and for you I will try harder I will"
He looks at her eyes pleading to forgive him.
She gives him a smile. "Sherlock Holmes that is how you apologize" she hugs him then says "you need to get back to bed. We bring him back the nurse hadn't even noticed. We skip class chatting with him laughing and joking together as friends. Sherlock, John and y/n.
