"Uh..I was just..getting my stuff..um how is that even possible?" You say looking around the huge room which was inside of the small blue box. "Time And Relative Dimension In Space. TARDIS for short" he replied as if that answered everything. "What the hell" you whisper. "It's a spaceship of sorts that can travel through time and space." He adds. You look at him totally shocked and then there's a few moments of awkward silence.
"That's so cool!" You finally say.
"I know." He puts on a pair of black sunglasses. "I'm pretty cool."
You laugh at the quirky old man.
"So...what do you do with it?" You ask him genuinely curious about his odd spaceship.
"I travel through time and space of course, right now I'm having some...technical difficulties and need to stay here for about 1,000 years but after that I can go anywhere you can imagine."
"1,000 years?" You ask. Surely this old man can't live for a thousand years he looks at least 65.
"Are you an alien?" You ask suddenly aware that your in a giant spaceship with your strange professor who might be an alien.
"Everyone's an alien somewhere." He answers nonchalantly, "but yes I am an alien here."
You must have given him a weird look because he chuckles "I'm not an evil alien if that's what your thinking, I'm just here protecting a vault then I'll get on my way."
Suddenly you hear Sherlock's voice calling your name. "Y/n! Hurry up what's taking you so bloody long!" Sherlock sounds incredibly annoyed. You glance at the doctor and then pop your head out of the TARDIS.
"Why are you in a bloody phone box. Y/n I want to get home I have homework!" Sherlock growls.
"Sherlock there are bigger throngs happening that your unaware of." You snap back. "Ah Mr. Holmes, I...distracted y/n." The doctor says poking his head out too. Sherlock looks back and forth between you two. "Uh" he says clearly confused.
"Not like that idiot." You roll your eyes.
"Doctor why don't you explain." You say looking over at him. He nods and proceeds to explain the same thing he just explained to you to a slightly shocked Sherlock Holmes.
"So," the Doctor starts after Sherlock had pelted him with questions. "Where do you guys want to go?"
"Hold on, like anywhere in the universe?" You ask.
The doctor nods "anywhere in time and space, y/n."
