*Somewhere in east Texas*
My name is Aurora Abenroth. Luck isn't my thing. When I turned 18, I started to hear random things. They were never relevant to what was happening around me. It was always about an apocolypse, demons and angels, how to close heaven and hell, and many other things. About that time, I heard that something was looking for me. I didn't hear of it too much, but I could tell that it was this group called the "angels".
4 years after that I was staying with my family and I heard a voice start to grow. It was telling me to leave the house and no one would die. I was scared of what would happen if I didn't, so I did what any reasonable person would do, and I left the house.
I went to greet the voice and I saw a woman standing there before me. She had on a work suit and her haiy dirty brown hair was pulled into a tight bun. She smiled at me and I saw that she had a silver stick in her hand.
"You are one of a kind. It's too bad that you are too dangerous to keep right now. There are many things that want you. So in order to protect Heaven, I'll have to dispose of you." Her voice sounded like a bored secertary.
"Wait! I should at least know what I am hearing." I replied to the woman. She smiled and nodded her head.
"Very well. You are the true listener. There is one that appears when one dies. The last one died of old age. You can hear both heaven and hell's occupants, I assume." She told me. I nodded my head. I knew that it was something, but this was becoming too much.
"I think that you should let the poor girl live, though." A man said from behind me. The woman's eyes widened when she saw him standing behind me. I turned and I saw a man of average height in a suit standing there. He smiled at me and gave me a wink.
"Crowley, I suggest that you leave. This is not your business." She told him in a threatening voice. He smiled at her and I felt like I was in a turf war.
"Love, there is a bag in the trunk of your car and the keys are already in there. I suggest that you run and leave as soon as you can. Things are about to get messy." The man spoke in an English accent and there was something about him that meant he knew how to conduct business.
"She will die here. You already know about her. She is not safe anymore." The woman said.
"Rebekkah, now now. Let her make her own choice. It's a free country." Crowley said to her. I was surprised that they knew each other.
"Leave, now." He told me. I wasn't sure if it was the fact that the woman wanted to kill me and he had packed stuff for me, or if it was the fact that I was cold, but I ran to the car. I heard voices scream and start to fight. I put the keys into the ignition of my 1959 Thunderbird and I drove out of the drive way.
*6 years later*
I have been on the run for 6 years. I have checked in with my family once in a while. I never talk to them or let them see me, but I know where they are and what they are doing.
Crowley and the angels have been trying to find me, but I am always escape them. It's been getting harder and harder, though. I have found out that I can switch radios and turn it off completely. It takes a lot of practice, but I am able to do it.
I heard about hunters when I was running. I ran into a couple and they took me on a hunt. They were looking for a group of vampires. When we found them, they killed all of them. They killed things that they thought were monsters. And I was one. So since then I have been running from Angels, Demons, and Hunters.
Finding hunters wasn't as easy as finding angels and demons. I heard about an Angel that saved a hunter from hell. Then there was another that was pulled out of the cage that they put Lucifer in. I heard it all and what these two hunters had. They were killing machines and everyone knew them.
