"Sam was possessed by Lucifer. He fell into the cage with Michael and our brother Adam. They used Sam's soul as a toy. When we got him back, it took a lot to help him out. He's slowly getting back into the swing of things." I saw that there was something more.
"Sam came back originally with out a soul. When we put it back in, Death put a wall up and it broke. When it broke, Sam couldn't take it all. Cas helped out and Meg actually took care of him while he took Sam's pain." I think he was telling me this so that I would trust Castiel a little more. They kept trying to convince me that Castiel was good, but there would have to be something huge that would help me to trust him.
"Lets get some sleep now. I'll be on the floor and Sam is in his room. You're safe with us." Dean told me. I nodded my head and watched him go to his little sleeping area. He was acting like an older brother to me. I laid back down and stayed quiet as Dean fell asleep.
Once I awoke for the second time, there was a dim light on and Dean was gone. I was back with them. I got up slowly and fixed the bed. I didn't want Dean to think that I was unappreciative about his hospitality. I then limped to the main room. Castiel, Sam, and Dean were there talking. They stopped when they heard me.
"Are you okay?" Sam asked me. I looked up at him and nodded my head.
"Yeah, I'll be fine." I told them. That was a lie. I had something in my knee that was stopping me from walking. I was able to walk just fine with Meg. There was something wrong.
"No you're not fine. What happened to your knee?" Dean asked me. He saw that I was favoring it.
"There's probably something there. Crowley usually ordered that pins go in my legs so I didn't get too far." I told them. Castiel then walked over to me and I raised my head. I didn't want him to think that I was too comfortable around him.
"Let me examine it, listener." He commanded of me. I glared at him a little longer then I sighed. I sat in a chair near a table and Castiel grabbed my left knee. He placed his hand over it and I saw his eyes start to glow a little. Sam looked nervous about all of it. I was too.
"I can't retrieve it. I believe that Crowley knew about this. Or was expecting something similar to this." He told us. I rolled my eyes and looked at the brothers.
"Okay. So I'll have to get it out." I then told them. Sam looked at me like I was insane.
"What?" Dean questioned.
"You two can't, or I might die. No offense Castiel, but I don't trust you."
"How is that not offensive?" He asked.
"Bless his heart. He's learning." I said making sure that my accent was really thick. Dean smiled and Sam rolled his eyes.
"So what are you going to need?" Dean asked me. Sam looked at him and I saw that they were about to start a fight.
"I just need towels and some alcohol." I told him. Dean then left the room. Castiel leaned against a table and looked at me, like he was studying me. Sam was pacing around.
"Okay, how about if I do it?" He asked me. I sighed and looked at him.
"Sorry, suga'. I can't heal if you actually do something wrong. So you would end up killing me." I told him. Dean came back in and have me what I needed. I took a knife out of my bag and I sat there for a second.
"Don't do this." Sam said to me. I looked up at him then I looked in my bag for a hair tie. I found one and pulled my hair back.
"Sam, you'll kill me if I let you. I could destroy my knee and I'll be fine within a couple of hours. Hell, Crowley could break my leg and I would be fine. But if you were to go in there and you did something wrong, I might die." I explained to them.
