Before I could say anything I felt a pain in my shoulder making me drop the gun. I looked at my shoulder and it was bleeding. There was illz pointing a gun at me and then he finally put it down. I looked for the gun but it was gone.
"Why did you shoot me?"I asked.
"It was either your shoulder or your head and I chose your shoulder"He said and then walked away.
"Rakim"I said looking at him.
"Nah! Don't even talk to me. You had me scared because I thought you were gonna kill yourself. This moment right here tells me that you don't care about anyone but yourself. Your not the only that went through something or is going through something. You were gonna end it all and there is people going through worse than you. And I guess you forgot about your daughter and me. I got mad feelings for you but now I'm starting to question them"

It's been two weeks and rakim won't talk to me at all. He ignores me and invites Erica over here and they do all kinds of things upstairs. It really hurt my feelings but I still like him. I just wonder if he feels the same.
"Hay thot"Erica said walking into the house. I ignored her continued to make spaghetti.
"That's all she will be is a house maid"Erica said laughing.
"Yea! She molly the maid"Reem said and that's when I went off.
"Oh! I'm molly the maid"I said throwing the pot of spaghetti on the floor.

"Yet your the one that's letting yourself get used by a man. Do better, the only real thot is you"I rolled my eyes.

"She just called my weave stiff rocky"Erica whined.

"What I told you about calling me by my name?"He said harshly.
"How come you let her call you that?"

"I am so tired of you insulting me. Let's fight"I said putting my hair in a bun and squaring up.
"What!"She said as a look of fear went across her face.

"My name is Melanie not Mel"I said harshly making him side eye me.
"I'm gonna go"She said.
"Oh so you're scared"I smirked.
"No! My mom needs me"She said and then ran out the kitchen making me laugh.
"You didn't have to do that"He chuckled.
"Whatever rocky"I said cleaning up the spaghetti.
"Get dressed and come with me somewhere"
"Why would I want to come with you after you ignored me and played house with Erica?"I rolled my eyes.
"You jealous"He smirked.
"OF COURSE IM JEALOUS. I REALLY LIKE YOU BUT ALL YOU DID WAS IGNORE ME. I TRIED TO APOLOGIZE BUT YOU PUSHED ME AWAY. YOU DISSED ME AND WENT UP THERE AND SLEPT WITH HER. DO YOU KNOW HOW IT FEELS TO HEAR THE GUY THAT YOU LOVE SLEEPING WITH SOMEONE ELSE?"I yelled as tears came down my face.
I never felt like this for anyone. He's the one that truly has my heart and I don't even know why. These feelings are so new for me and I'm so confused on how to feel because this feeling is so foreign to me. I only knew him for 2 months and it's weird. Like I can't see myself with anyone else. I feel like it's too soon to feel like this but I'm already falling to hard.
"You love me"I heard him say looking shock.
"What are you talking about?"I said wondering if I said my thoughts out loud.
"You said it's hard to hear the guy that you love is sleeping with someone else"
"I didn't say that"I chuckled.
"Yes you did. I'm sorry Mel, I love you too but I'm scared. I didn't want to lose you because I knew it would hurt me so I tried to make these feelings go away by sleeping with Erica but it didn't seem to work"He confessed.
"Wow reem. Instead of talking to me- and I even tried to apologize"
"I'm sorry Mel. I didn't know i was hurting you like this"
"So if I slept with one of your friends to get over you, how would you feel?"I yelled.
"I would feel hurt and slaughter whoever you slept with"
"So can I kill Erica than"I smiled innocently.
"No! Your not killing anyone"He said sternly.
"Whatever"I rolled my eyes.
"Get ready. We have to be there in an hour"He said walking away not even giving me time to respond.
