I heard the toilet flush and Melanie walked out the bathroom. "Do you think it came back?"I asked.
"I don't know rakim. I don't wanna have cancer"She cried.
"Let's go to the doctor and they can run some tests"
"I don't wanna go. I don't want any bad news"She cried as I pulled her into my chest.
"You have to go Mel. This is your health and I don't want you to-"I said cutting myself off.
"Ok fine"She sniffled standing up. I walked to Zara's room and she was sitting on the bed watching lazy town.
"Put on your shoes Zara. We're about to leave"
"But this is my favorite episode"She whined.
"I'll record it, now come on"I said. She got up and put on her shoes and walked past me out of the room. I walked out her room and down the stairs. There Melanie and Zara were sitting on the couch.
"We can go now"I said walking towards the door and they got up.

"So we ran some tests and it isn't cancer"Dr. Hendrix said making me sign in relief.
"Then why am I throwing up and feeling nauseous all the time"Melanie asked.
"It's because your 2 months pregnant"He said making me look at him in shock.
"How is that possible?"I asked.
"I thought I wasn't fertile"She said.
"Well I guess it was a miracle. I suggest eat healthy and don't stress yourself out a lot"He said making her nod.
"I'll give you guys some privacy"He smiled and then walked out the room.
"Oh my gosh rakim. I can't believe we're having a baby"She said as tears came down her face.
"No wonder you've been so emotional"I said and she hit me in the back of my head.
"Shut up"She said rolling her eyes.
"Mommy"Zara called making me remember she was here.
"Yes Zara"
"So what's wrong?"
"Me and rocky are having a baby"She said.
"So you both have a baby inside of y'all"
"No!"Mel said laughing.
"I'm not having the baby. Your mommy is, I'm just gonna be the father"I smiled at her and she glared at me.
"No! Mommy is supposed to have a baby with daddy"Zara yelled crying.
"Zara. Stop. It. Now"Melanie gritted out but she continued to make a scene.
"Stop it Zara before I take you in the bathroom and really give you something to cry about"Mel yelled making Zara stop.
"I have somewhere to go Melanie. I'm gonna drop y'all off at the house"I said.
"Where?"
"What?"I asked confused.
"Where are you going and don't lie about it?"She said making me glare at her.
"You know what. Never mind. I'm not even going anymore"I said and then walked out the room.
