I've walked the Earth with sadness and sorrow
I've worried and fret there is no tomorrow
I've smiled a grin wider than the moon
I've laughed so long I didn't think I'd stop soon
I've thoughtfully caressed a table top
I've screamed in my head to make it stop
I've been through more from the day of my birth
But I know in the end that it'll be worth
