Nate: After the transfers arrived, tension had befallen amongst the campus. My dorm room had a new addition. Well, most everyone did.

Calli: As did mine.

Nate: Which student did you get?

Calli: I got the daughter of a Voodoo fortune teller, her name is Jackie Mausque. I'll get to her story later. Who did you get?

Nate: I got the shy one, he looks like he stepped out of an old black and white film, his name is Shadow Nitemare.

Calli: Don't you mean Nightmare?

Nate: No, that is how he said it's spelled.

Calli: Oy. Have you noticed that everyone is on edge.

Nate: Yeah, I even heard some of the transfers have a room alone because no one would even want to be near them.

Calli: That sucks.

Nate: I want to narrate them.

Calli: Are you insane?

Nate: Maybe, I've done a lot of insane things today, why not do some more?

Calli: Your funeral.

Nate: Don't buy me roses, buy me dragon snaps.

Calli: Okay, i'm off to Second Star Cafe with Kim. Just narrate if you need me.

Nate: Okay. Readers, I can say right now that both the transfers and regular students of Deca Cards will not see eye to eye at first, but let's hope over time it will get better. Let's see how Alice is handling these new students.

~Alice~

Just breathe Alice, just breathe. Everything will be fine, they are just like any student that attends this school.

I made sure all of them followed me into the quad, eventually I had them all sit down. Mr. Galvin had followed us in as well and sat at a stable in the back. Then it occurred to me, I had no idea who these kids were.

"I would like all of you to introduce yourselves, that way whenever or if we cross paths, I will know who you are." I said.

The crowd in front of me stood silent, heads turned to see who would go first. All of them had either stern or rude faces attached to them. Except for a few, those three seemed to be the only ones to pay attention. No one seemed to want to participate, luckily I had my roster.

"Well then! Apollo Swan!" I announced to the room.

"T-that would be me." A short-ish boy with lavender, sliver-ish white, and black hair stood up and said.

He had proper stature, raven black skin around his innocent and fragile brown eyes that contrasted abasing his pale skin, and nervousness in his voice. I noticed that the majority of my new students seemed to either look away or roll their eyes away from Apollo.

"Please tell me about yourself." I enlightened.

He looked at me as if I had told him that the world would end in an eternal darkness and be engulfed in shadows. I heard a boy begin to chuckle from behind Apollo. I looked over to see it was a boy with green skin, longish black hair and brown puppy dog eyes.

"Is something funny sir?" I asked the boy.

"Don't worry, I'm only laughing because Apollo does this sometimes. He often chokes up when people ask him anything affiliated with himself or his family." The boy said.

"Luca! Y-you're making me sound like a total loser." Apollo said.

"Oh, you must be Luca Wicker." I said.
