Stay With Me When The Night Comes

Part 5: Our beginning

Dean locked the car and took Castiel's hand, walking him inside before he could argue.

They got into the elevator.

"Dean...this isn't right" He looked down "Haven't i caused enough trouble already? You're not forced to do all that...I mean, you're Dean Winchester...you must have a date or somet--"

Dean gripped Castiel's face gently with both hands and kissed him. Cas was startled but eventually, he gave in and kissed him back. Dean's lips were sweet and wet. And his kiss...oh his kiss...it was pure gold...

He slowly broke the kiss and opened his bright green eyes, starring right into Castiel's "Please...shut up." He whispered sarcastically on Cas' lips as the elevator doors opened with a loud thump.

Dean took Castiel's hand and started walking towards the old wooden door with the big golden (not really) "4D" characters on it. He pushed the keys into the lock struggling to get it to open. When he finally opened the door, the inside of a not-so-big apartment appeared.

"Sammy!" Dean called as he left the keys on the small counter to the left, which was dividing the really small kitchen with the rest of the room.

Cas looked around: In front of him, he saw a small couch with an old TV set facing it. An old brown armchair stood lonely to it's left. To his right, Castiel saw a small wall filled with pictures. It was Dean holding a little kid with long brown hair. Must've been Sam, his little brother. The pictures showed a much younger, happier Dean...Cas didn't know Dean's story. But he sure as hell would like to find out.

"Hey Dean!" The small boy from the pictures emerged from the narrow hallway to the far left. He couldn't be older than 11. Dean picked him up and kissed him.

"Sammy, this is Castiel. He's staying with us." He put the little boy down again. Sam stretched out his hand for Cas to shake. And so he did.

"Castiel huh? Like the Angel?" Little Sam asked.

Cas nodded "Yes, i am, in fact named after the Angel Castiel." He smiled

"Cool. I'm glad an Angel is watching after my big brother." The boy said innocently. Castiel's heart melted instantly. He was speechless. All he could do was give the biggest, sweetest, most amazing smile he could ever give. And probably the first real one.

"I'll go finish my homework now." Sammy smiled and walked to his room.

Dean turned to Cas. "He loves you!" He said, filled with excitement.

"He's adorable!" Castiel commented, still smiling!

"He's my world..." Dean smiled back...

Castiel stepped forward and kissed Dean. Dammit, now they had began. Cas could never stop! He slowly moved back seconds after.

"Are you hungry?" Dean asked his face still close to Castiel's

"Sure, i guess..." Cas replied. Dean walked to the kitchen cabinets and opened them slowly, trying not to let Cas see...They were empty...no surprise there. He closed them quickly and turned around. "On second thought...let's get some chinese! Do you like Chinese?" Dean tried not to show. He wasn't a good actor though...

"Sure. But let me pay!" Cas asked politely.

Dean shook his head. "No way man!"

"Dean, please...It's the least i can do!" He smiled sweetly using his puppy eyes.

"Fine. But i don't like it." Dean finally gave in.
