HOYA's POV

Damn you Lee Sungyeol! What humiliation have you done to me?! How dare you spit in my handsome million-dollar-worth face?!

I held in all the curses inside my head because there are just too many eye witnesses. I must have lost many fans and admirers today because of what happened, and I can't bear to lose more.

I ruffled my hair in annoyance while everyone else is making fun of me.

Damn! I can't stand the situation anymore so I hurriedly stood up running to the comfort room to wash my precious face. But before I could reach the CR door, I bumped into someone.

I bowed my head and said sorry, avoiding eye contact with the one I bumped into, trying to hide my humiliating face. After saying sorry one more time, I proceeded to the CR again.

"Howon?" A woman's voice asked but I just walked past her.

"Hoya! What happened?" She asked again which made me realize that her voice is familiar.

And that's why I turned back. "Dara?"

"Ne. What happened to your face?" And she started laughing, silently, by herself, in front of me.

Puff! Too many adjectives and adverbs today.

"I'll tell you later. For now, let me wash my face first. I feel filthy right now, I can't stand it anymore." I said with urgency because it really felt gross.

She nodded.

After washing my face, Dara handed me facial tissues then went back outside. I changed into a new shirt. Luckily, I always bring extra in case of emergency like this.

"So what happened?" Dara asked while leaning on the wall outside, waiting for me.

"Lee Sungyeol that jerk. He suddenly spat in my face." The feeling of disgust is still lingering in my mind.

Dara giggled. "I wish I witnessed what happened. I could only guess that it was hilarious...And priceless too."

"Whatever." I said while making a quick scan of her face. "Hey, I missed you. I thought you're going out for lunch with your boyfriend again. How come you are here?"

"Well, something came up, so here I am." She shrugged and clung to my arms. "Where are the others?"

"Oh, they're at the usual spot. They'll be happy to see you. Let's hurry up.."

Much as we wanted to hurry back to our table, we were unlucky enough to bump into the school's Queenkas. Hyuna and her sidekicks.

Hyuna blocked our way. "Oh, look who we have here.. You two look like you're dating. Are you cheating on your boyfriend now Dara-ssi?"

I am about to butt in but Dara already answered back with full of sarcasm.

"Say whatever you want. I'm not gonna waste my precious time explaining to you darling." Dara looked so composed that it made me smile. Cool. I've raised her well I guess.

"Wow. Brave enough." Hyuna smirked while raising an eyebrow.

"Of course I am.. I have Hoya to protect me. And you? You were rejected right? By this man right here?" She referred to me.

"Let's go Howonie." And she pulled my arms, pushing away Hyuna and her girls so we could pass through.

But Hyuna won't let it go that easy. She's known for her temper and high ego. It'll be a first if she let us go peacefully. I prepared myself for something bad to happen. In 3.. 2.. 1..
