Chapter 2

Lisa's POV
It was 3 in the morning and I heard my door open and heard footsteps, I thought it was Max but no, it was Myles and I looked at him
"What are you doing up?" I said and he smiled
"Momma" he said all happy and climbs on the bed
"Why did you climb out of the crib!" I said and he just looked at me and smiled
"Myles it's too early" I whined and laughed, Jared is working his 48 hour shift so he isn't home, but Myles is just sitting here smiling and laughing away
"Myles come on dude" I said and he just giggle
"What are you doing?" He asked and I just looked at him, which he is just now starting to put together sentences
"What am I doing? Trying to get you to go back to sleep" I said and he just laughed which I finally just got up and picked him up and sit in the rocking to calm him down and I just sung to him, after a few minutes he started to calm down and few minutes after that he was back asleep and I quietly went and put him in his crib and went back and laid down and instantly fell back asleep, then later on, I woke up to crying which means Jordin is up, so I got up and went to her room and she stopped crying as soon as she saw me
"What's a matter you" I said lifting her up as I kissed her cheek, and I did her morning routine and then my phone ring and seen it was Christina
"Hey Chris what's up?" I said
"Hey Lise, I didn't wake you did I?" She asked and i chuckled
"No you didn't, Jordin beat you to it" I said
"Ahh baby life, enjoy it, you'll miss it" she said and I smiled as I looked at her playing with her toy in her high seat and she dropped it
"Yeah I want her to stay this little forever" I said as I picked it up and gave it back to her and she started screaming and making her little noises
"She definitely has a lot to say doesn't she?" She asked laughing and Jordin just threw her toy
"Now listen, I'm not gonna keep picking this up" I said picking it up again and she was smiling
"Yeah you think it's funny don't you?" I said and she giggled
"You're so rotten" I said and Christina was laughing on the other line
"So what's up with you Chris?" I asked and she took a breath
"Would Max like to stay with Kenzie tonight?" She asked, Kenzie is one year older then Max
"I mean, she never stayed anywhere before other then moms and dads, but I'm sure she would be okay staying with you" I said
"Alright you can drop her off at 6 tonight" she said
"Alright sounds good" I said and then I heard Maxine coming downstairs
"Hey pretty girl come here" I said and she walked towards me and I lifted her up
"So I have a question" I said as I kissed her cheek
"What" she said
"Do you want to stay with Kenzie at aunt Chrissy's tonight?" I asked and she nodded
"Alright, but listen, you got to behave and listen to what she tells you okay?" I said and she nodded while smiling
"Momma" I heard Myles from behind me
"Yeah we definitely need to get a big boy bed soon don't we" I said as I lifted him up and sit him in his seat and I gave them breakfast

6:00pm
I just arrived at Christina's house to drop off Max, Myles and Jordin are home with Jared since he came home this morning, I went knocked on the door and Christina answered
"Hey" she said and let us in
"Aunt Lisa" Kenzie yelled as she ran towards
"Hey Kenz how are you?" I said and she smiled
"Good" she said and Christina looked at me
"Thanks for letting her stay" she said and I smiled as we observed the two
"No problem, she's excited, but call me if she gives you any trouble okay?" I said and she nodded
"Shell be okay" she said and I nodded
"Okay, Max" I said as she looked at me
"You be good for aunt Chrissy okay?" I said as she nodded
"Alright I'm gonna go, I'll see you tomorrow okay?" I asked and she nodded
"Okay" she said
"Alright give me loves" I said and she hugged me and I kissed her cheek
"Bye!" I said and I looked at Christina
"Thanks Christina" I said and she smiled and I walked out the door
Max's first sleepover, we will see how this goes
