What do you mean Emily's grave was disturbed?" Haley asked in shock. "Who would do such a thing!"

"I don't know," Ronin said without turning around. The five ninja and their spouses were all gathered around the dining table.

"Ronin....was her body-" Zane started.

"Do you think I wanted to look?" Ronin snapped. Haley put a hand on his arm. "Sorry, I just-"

"I understand," Zane said waiving him off.

"It may just be a case of vandalism," Lloyd said. "What else could it be."

"I had a dream," Ronin said.

"What?" Jay asked. "How could a dream-"

"Don't underestimate the power of dreams," Aira said looking at Jay sharply.

"Okay okay, geez," Jay said lifting his hands in surrender.

"I don't understand," Zane said scratching his head.

"None of us do," Pixal said squeezing his hand.

"Ronin?" Jay asked. "Are you going to be okay?"

"I always end up okay," Ronin said.

"Doesn't mean it's easy," Cole said. "We are all here for you."

Ronin looked at them each in turn and then smiled. He always had people behind him no matter what.

"Come here," the woman motioned to the man with glasses.

"Yes?" He asked somewhat shakily.

"I want you to see something," the woman said.

The man with glasses gulped and followed the woman towards her private room. He stopped at the door and she smirked.

"You can come in just this once," she said.

The man with glasses timidly stepped inside. She went over to her computer and entered in a code. She motioned for him to stand beside her. He did as he was told.

"Look," she said point to a picture that she pulled up on her screen.

"My son!" The man with glasses yelled. "It's my son!"

The woman's eyes flickered in recognition of the emotion for a moment. She knew the joy he felt. She then stopped herself. She couldn't let herself feel pity for this man.

"Yes," the woman nodded. "What if I were to bring him to you?"

"You would do that for me?" The man with glasses asked in surprise.

"On one condition," the woman sneered. "I need that item that you don't wish to provide for me."

"It's so wrong!" The man wailed.

"What's it going to be? Your son? Or my wrath?"

"I'll get what you asked for," the man said with downcast eyes.

"Good choice," she smiled. Her green eyes flashed with a cruel pleasure.

"Mom," Julia asked looking up from her book. "It says here that my baby has already developed fingernails!"

"It's amazing isn't it," Aira smiled at her beaming daughter.

Julia and Kyle had just recently found out that they were expecting their first child. Lloyd hadn't actually fainted like he claimed he would. He was actually as giddy as a child with candy. Not that Lloyd wasn't giddy with candy anyway.
