Chapter 10

While Padme and Anakin go out for a boat ride, Rosie stayed inside. She just wanted to be alone right now to think. A few minutes later, Anakin and Padme came back. "I am going to go out on the balcony alone" Padme said. Rosie and Anakin nodded.

"You've been so quiet. Why?" Anakin asked Rosie. Rosie shrugged her shoulders. "Rosie c'mon you can tell me anything you know that right."

"I know. It is just that I haven't been thinking straight that is all" Rosie said

"Why?" Anakin asks.

"Stupid reasons" Rosie said. Rosie and Anakin looked into each others eyes.

"Have I ever told you how beautiful you are Rose?" Anakin asks. Rosie looked down and smiled. Anakin lifted her chin up to look at him. Rosie and Anakin leaned in and kissed. Rosie placed her hand up to his face and held his cheek. Rosie's brain kicked in and realized what she was doing and pulled away.

"I-I'm so terribly sorry. I didn't mean to do that." Rosie panted.

"Don't be Rosie" Anakin said stroking her cheek.

Rosie walked away and touched her lips. 'Wrong timing. I am so stupid!' Rosie thought to herself. Rosie put her hands back on her lips.

"Rosie?! Rosie!" Anakin calls.

Rosie stays silent and doesn't move. Anakin gives up and walks back to the Room

Rosie was having lunch with Padme."I saw what you did the other day Rosie" Padme blurted as Rosie took a drink. Rosie almost choked on her drink.

"W-what?" Rosie stammered.

"Don't worry your secret is safe with me. Truthfully I would like to help." Padme says

"With what?" Rosie asked in a light voice

"With Ani of course. Say what, why don't you two go out on a picnic together in the Fields? Just you two"Padme says.

"Are you sure you are cool with this miss?" Rosie asks. Padme nods. "But what protection? I mean you still need it"

"I have many guards here Rosie" Padme says smiling.

"T-Thank you" Rosie said smiling

Rosie was sitting on the blanket Padme packed for her and Anakin. The area where they are at is full of beautiful scenery. "Are you all right Rosie?" Anakin asked Rosie.

"I was just thinking" Rosie sighed. "I seem to do so a lot lately." Rosie said rubbing her bottom lip.

"What were you thinking about?" Anakin asks

Rosie sighs. "You really think I am beautiful Ani?" Rosie asked. Anakin nodded and Rosie smiles. "I also thought about what you said about what is forbidden or not. Attachment not being aloud."

"And?"Anakin asked.

"I mean, it is every girls dream. To get married, have kids. And for me being a girl, I happen to have the same dreams. The problem is I'm restricted." Rosie explained. "I can't have all my dreams come true. I mean, I met someone who I would like to have that dream with"

"Who's that?" Anakin asked.

"It is like a wish. If I say it to anyone or else it won't come true" Rosie joked. They looked at each other for a while.
Rosie skips all the way to where some large animals roamed free, A few minutes she looked behind her to see Anakin wasn't there. "Ani?" Rosie calls. She herd crumbling of grass behind her. She turned around and saw Anakin standing on one of the animals. Rosie was laughing at him. Anakin passed by her laughing while riding on the animal. Rosie plucked a long peice of grass and herd Anakin yell. She looked up and saw Anakan fall off the animal and on to the ground. He tried standing up, but but failed. Rosie's smile dissapeared and she runs over there full speed. "Are you Ok Ani?" Rosie yells. She drops next to himand saw him shaking. She turned him over and saw she had a huge grin on his face. He's laughing. Rosie slaps his shoulder. "Jerk don't scare me like that!" She laghs. She reached a hand out to him to pull him up but he pulled her down. She drops down on his stomach and they rolled on the grass together laughing. Rosie looked over at Anakin's smiling face. "I feel so free Ani." Rosie said

"The city has been holding you back that much huh?" Anakin asked. Rosie turned to look at him.

"Everday" Rosie grins. She took a long peice of grass and wrapped it around her finger. "But I am glad I came here Ani"

"Me too" Anakin said.

"Miss Padme wanted us to have the day to us. She says we work too hard" Rosie said. She started to sit up. "Well, we should start heading back. We don't want to be real runaways now do we?
