Chapter 23: The Agreement

So Gray explained to his siblings what were the conditions of Scarlett and his wedding are. They were so surprised with what the agreements were and they have no choice but to proceed with the wedding. They were kinda happy and disappointed at the same time about Gray's decisions for the wedding.

Gray: Well, I thought about it, the only good thing that came out here is to marry Scarlett, so as I explained, When I spoke with Myrania, regarding their alliance with Raven, I told her to disband it or break it, and have an alliance with us instead, She declined at first, since Raven were supplying them with men, one of the reasons they've accepted the alliance, but Raven's condition was taking all the newborn male infants for him, so it means Raven is taking their male infants to add onto his army, so I needed to convince her to break the alliance and form one with us, it would be more trouble some for us, if Raven's army keeps on growing.

Eli: But those were just infants? it will take fiftheen more years until they can atleast fight us.

Virgil: Do you forget how old were we when we started to learn how to fight?

Dante: Yeah! We were only seven freaking years old.

Reid: But ofcourse our training were very harsh, but they were still our fathers so they might be a little soft on us, but imagine for those little kids, surely for Raven they were nothing but pawns, and he will definitely not wait for another fiftheen years untill they can fully be capable to fight properly.

Gray: He is right, I read a book once that there is one spell that can speed up the growth of a child, but they will be like puppets, and a puppet is a good soldier, they won't complain or hesitate to any order you give them, even you order them to die.

Max: but have you successfully won the agreement?

Gray: Yeah, She accepted it eventually, and I learned that they were just forced to comply with Raven, since they were too afraid to oppose him.

Dante: Grrr! that Raven fallen shit! How dare he threatens a whole realm of beautiful ladies! I really won't forgive him.

Eli: This is just too sudden, I really feel like Gray is rushing everything, like he is not thinking it over.

Gray: Can we stop this and get back to more pressing matters?

Eon: Do you really have a plan? and you're really not serious marrying this Princess right?

Gray: Honestly no I don't have one, and yes I'll be marrying Scarlett, I don't have any other options, besides, I think Scarlett is a nice woman, plus She's pretty beautiful and has a nice body doesn't She?

Eon: Well your certainly right my Lord, wait! what Am I saying?! this is serious my Lord, This is for life, and this is a sacred ceremony!

Gray: I know Eon, It's not like Im just forcing myself, you know what, honestly, when i first saw her earlier, I really did like her, and I really felt something weird, and beside, as a Crown Prince and soon to be King I have responsibilty for my realm, and one of those responsibilty is leave my land with a heir, sooner or later I'll need to do this anyway, and atleast it's a royal wedding, since She's a Princess.

Eon: I can't believe this, I was just bragging that I know so much about you, and I totally forgot about how you handle your responsibilities, I forgot that you will even sacrifice yourself just to do your respinsibilities.

Gray: Come on Eon, your making me blush! Ha ha ha! And be quiet, they might hear you, I didn't tell them about this part of the agreement.

Eon: Huh? which one my Lord?

Gray: I know you know, that if this wedding will be a success, Ulterra and Shadow domain will became allies and family, so this will also benefit my kingdom.

Eon: You became quite a King my Lord, I still remember when you where just a little stubborn kid.

Gray: Anyway, let's get back to the others and discuss about the preparations for the wedding.

Eon: When will your wedding be, my Lord?

Gray: A week from now.

Eon: That's a very short time, A royal wedding shouldn't be rushed, it should be arranged properly, and this is your wedding it will only happen once in a lifetime, so I'll call the other familiars and help with the arrangements.

Gray: Thank you Eon! and tell Arria, Don't be mad with Scarlett, just tell her Scarlett allowed me to do my responsibility as her master.

Eon: Will do my Lord Gray! so let me handle things for your wedding, there's too many tasks to do, see you later my Lord.

Gray: Thank you Eon!

Scarlett: My Love! So why did Eon wants to talk you?

Gray: Oh it was nothing, It was for the wedding preparations, he told me he'll help with it since it's once in a lifetime event for their master.

Scarlett: Really, Im happy that your familiars are accepting me as their master's bride. *smiling*

Gray: (You have no idea how everyone is so against of this decision) Y-yeah! Me too! Ehe he he he..

Scarlett: Im so excited for our wedding my Love! I can't wait for a week to past.

Gray: Yeah, Me too! Im realllly~ excited.
