Black Assassin

Chapter 10

"Ok, Ok I will tell you!" I raise the dagger from the arm.

"Tell me!"

"He is in the land, the land of the dead and Black Lord you shall never find!" His mouth started foaming up.

"The land of the dead. I very 'funny' name for a land." I look at Damien. His blood was a pool underneath him and it was slowly growing. I walk over to his body and I saw that his chest was tight and also his heart was barely beating...beating...beating! His heart! He's still alive. I quickly try to find the gunshot wound and I saw that it had punctured right above his heart. It was close enough to look like a direct hit in the heart but, if you actually look it was actually a wound to the collar bone. I put my hands to his heart and with every few pumps that I push onto his chest I could feel his heart beating faster and faster some how. I hear very faint breathing at first then his breathing got stronger and stronger. He started coughing blood comes out of his mouth then something shiny and small like a bullet lands on the ground. His eyes open. They were like they were before. They had life in them. He has a pretty big smile on his face.

"Thanks for saving me...Miss." I smile for a few seconds but, then I realize that something wasn't right. Why in the world was he saying Miss. not my name. I suddenly remember something that Damien's eyes before in the classroom had an actual pupil. And this guy's eyes didn't. I quickly pull away from the dude. "What's wrong Miss. is there another enemy somewhere?"

"No, it's nothing I just thought you were someone else."

"Oh thats what it was. Who did you think I was?"

"Oh just one of my classmates. Thats all."

"Oh I think I know who you are talking about. I'm guessing to you he is new to the school."

"How did you know?"

"Well I have a brother that had just moved here and his name is Damien...Damien Fox the person who you probably thought I was."

"D....Damine your brother?!?"

"Yeah it may seem shocking. With his powerlessness."

"Wait...Damien is powerless?"

"Yes, that is what I just said is it not?"

"What do you mean by powerless he had the same eyes that you did but,..."

"But what?"

"They weren't like yours they weren't full they were red but, like a darker red and his pupils showed unlike yours."

"Well the only reason why he is like that is because our father is a hero of venom and my mother is also a hero of venom but, his mother is a normal human being. So, like his mother he is powerless except those moments when you slightly see his eyes change color."

"So, what happened to make your father marry two people?"

"Well first it was my mother then his mother when she had died."

"Oh that makes since. So, I just have a question of why in the world are you not dying right now?"

"Well as I said my father and mother are heros of poison. That's how and that's my power. Able to heal from any type of poison and also to inject the any poison into some living thing or sometimes dead things."
