Chapter 25

"If someone stands in their square from the beginning for more then 1 minute you are automatically out." That makes more sense on why he would do that.

"But, if they keep doing that won't they get use to binding them to the square and they won't be able to actually fight in a real battle?"

"Yes, that's true but, he is an defence type of hero."

"Oh I see that makes more sense."

"You should watch carefully because one of them could be your next opponent. And also so, you can understand the rules." I nod my head. I go back to looking at the match. Within a few seconds that the guy had put up the barricade beefy breaks it down with an easy punch. He then steps out of his square. Then, by some miracle he runs pretty fast to were the kid was and he knocks him out to the ground with a single punch.

"Look at that everyone Adam's God Punch! One hit and you are dead! The next match will be Alan from soccer pro vs. Alen from Owl town!" Two other people walk out from some other tents. When I look for Damien in the tent I see that he is coming over to here from some other tent that was a different color in the middle. He walks over to our tent.

"Raven you aren't going to be up till the 17th match so, you can do something during that time that you have to wait."

"Ok so, can I sleep?"

"Yeah I guess. Why did you not get enough sleep before?"

"Yes, I did it is just I like to get some sleep before a match. Just can you wake me up like 2 or 3 matches before mine? That will be great." He nods. I lay down on the ground were a blanket was laid down for us to sit on. I close my eyes to the sun poking through the tent top then through my eyelids. I then drift off to sleep.

---------A few hours later and a few matches later (last match)------

I wake up to tapping on my shoulder. I wake up to have Damien's face looking at me.

"Raven it is almost your match just a few more matches to go before yours." I sit up and the sun was about halfway across the sky. I stretch and I hear the crowd go wild as the fight was done. I stand up I see the arena has changed. Where it was flat ground there is now marks on where spells had hit the ground and also there was missing parts of the ground. I start to stretch from the ever lasting nap that I had. I walk to the wall between the tents and the arena. I then see Beefy smiling at me. I haven't really fought just yet for real just the only reason that I won was that the opponent's powers defected on them and they collapsed or they hit the wall and almost killed someone in the audience. My next match will be the last one of the day and it will be against Beefy. For the first match I had noticed that his power is speed and his strength. It will be a hard fight but, I can't give up just yet. The announcer announces my fight.

"For the very last fight of the day we have Adam from Muscles vs. Raven from Black Assassin! Raven was a beginner here and now look at her she is against Adam who is in the finals! Who knew a girl like her could make it this far? Well lets see on how her power works on the guy who has God on his side! Now you two can enter the arena!" The door opens to the arena. I walk through the door. The arena was pretty big because of how destroyed it was. Once I was past the door the door closes right behind me.

"So we are going to start in...5....4...3...2...1 go!" My vision blurs as he moves at a speed that a normal human eyes can't keep up with but, somehow my eyes kept up with his very fast pace. I follow his path as I notice that he doesn't know that I see him. I then see him looking to the ground. Either he must think that my power is to make other people's powers fail or that he is watching for secret traps. I don't know but, when he gets closer. When he is only a few feet from where I am I notice that he wasn't looking at the ground any more he was looking at me. Now there was only inches in between where we where. There's a wall behind me. And if you think that I won't move out of the way because of how fast he was going well you are wrong. A little perk that comes with my ability is to move pretty fast because to be an assassin you have to move fast and also to disappear from the enemy's sight. I move the slightest bit to the left. Since he doesn't release that I moved till last second he runs straight into the wall. The wall holds but, I notice that the impact hurt, like really bad. I see him move. I know that it hurt but, knowing him there is going to be more in him then that. So, when he gets up I notice that he wasn't hurt...bad. The only thing that looked impacted was his nose it was only a little bloody. He gets up and this time since he attacked first I attack first this time. I run straight at him. Once I become only a few inches from him. I start to slide on my knees. When I slide on my knees I can go up to high speeds and then I can hit his knees really hard to make him fall. I hit his knees and he falls to the ground. Beefy puts his hands in a T.
