Black Assassin

Chapter 27

"Hey Damien. Can I help you with anything?"

"Nah I'm good Raven. What are you picking out for the fight tomorrow?"

"Probably this." I hold up the outfit.

"That should be good."

"What are you going to wear Damien?"

"Well I'm going to wear a black outfit too. But, this one won't be like yours it will be different it will have more room and also it won't have as many secret areas."

"I see." I take the outfit and I put it in a pile for me to take to my room for later. I walk over to where there were knives. I start to pull multiple knives that would fit in the outfit. I put them in a pile too. Out of the corner of my eye I see a box. I walk over and I grab it. I put the pile of stuff into it. The outfit at the bottom then the weapons on top of that. I then get back to work on grabbing multiple weapons. Then after I felt satisfied with how many I had I walked to where the swords were. I grab a nice pair of long swords long enough that I liked them and short enough that they would be easy to pull out of the holster on my back. I look at the box that I had collected. It was pretty full. I pick up the box carefully and I turn the light off to find out that everyone else was still looking for their weapons. I turn back and I start to lock up the room so, no one can get in. I walk through the rooms that was connected to my room. After I got through the maze of rooms I head to my room so, I could get ready for tomorrow. I take the items that were in the box and I start to put them on the table in my room. I feel really tired so, I give up on taking the items out of the box and I just run into my bed and I just flop down on it.

-----The next morning-----

I wake up and I see pitch black just like the last day that I spent at my house. The last day that I saw my sister. I get up to knocking at my door. I get out of bed and I open the door to find that Damien and the rest of the team were waiting for me.

"I'll be quick guys."

"We'll be waiting for you in the weapon room Raven." They walk out of my sight and I close the door. I walk to the bathroom and I take the longest shower not knowing if this was going to be the last one ever. I climb out of the shower to see that something was changing with me. What I mean is that my hair it was turning white. When I mean white I mean a pale white. I rub my eyes and I look in the mirror again but, the white hair was gone. I go back to my room and I grab the outfit that I picked out yesterday. I plug in all of the knives and also all of the weapons that I had gotten. I pull the hood over my head. Concealing my eyes and my face. At that moment I was ready. I was ready to fight for what I need to. That is when I walk to the door and I unlock it. I walk out of my room. Having a lot of confidence that I will win today. I head to the weapon room. Once I reach the weapon room I notice that one of the rooms was cleared and there was seats in a circle-ish. Everyone stands up. I walk over an empty seat. I take the seat and everyone else takes their seats.

"Nice outfit Raven! You really look like an assassin now."

"Well that is what I was going for Damien."

"So, Raven what is the plan for today?"

"Well first the teams that are specially in healing will be on call back because there will be most likely be people hurt. Then my team we will be persuading Black Lord. Then teams 1- 10 will be trying to get my sister then teams that are above that you try to help in any way possible. If you want to help my team then you can join me if you want to save my sister then you can join that team. That is what we are going to do."

"Ok then when are we going?"

"We aren't going anywhere."

"What do you mean?"

"They are coming here. When we do the trade off. Me for my sister once you have my sister in your hands start attacking even if that means hitting me with all you got."

"But, you could be hurt."

"Did you not see the match? Did I die?"

"Oh...no you didn't."

"Then there you go." I get up when I helicopters. I nod my head. Telling everyone to get into formation like what we had discussed. I walk out of the room. Everyone follows. We walk out of the building not knowing what is waiting for us outside of the building. Once we walk out the front door. There is multiple helicopters and also there was multiple foot soldiers. I step forward. The guys on the other team move a bit. I put my hands up. I then pull down my hood to reveal my face. Something stirrups in the soilders. Then a man appears with a few other soldiers holding my sister. Something hits me. I start to walk towards them. They push my sister towards me. When she reaches me I let the group that was going to take her back take her to a safe place. I keep walking. I try to hide what we are planning to do. When I reach their side the guy grabs me and he makes me stand right in front of him. I then see him giving orders. I look across. Everyone was looking at me. I give them a slight nod. That is when everyone opens fire with their powers. They all attack the unexpected guards. And the guy that was holding me didn't let me go like I planed him not to. This is all because I told everyone to fire at him even if I'm in the way. After they were done with the guards they aimed at where I was standing. I give a slight nod. Telling them to do their worse. I get ready for the pain that was going to come but, what I didn't expect is that the guy who was holding me stabbed me in the back. I felt the blade touch my spine. Then I felt him slowly turn the blade.
