I look at my phone again to see if Michael had text me.

I sigh disappointed seeing nothing.

I wonder where he could be. He didn't attend work and didn't even told me why.

Its so unlike him.

"Hey Josh, do you know why Mr Clifford isn't here?" I asked.

"No, I don't." He said and walk away.

I try calling him again but he didn't answered.

Now I'm worried.

I pick up my bag and left.

I'm going to visit him at his house and see if his okay.

I knocked at the wooden door.

Their house is huge!

I waited for a few seconds and no one opened it.

I was about to knock again when the door open revealing Michael's father.

"Jade!" He said delighted to see me.

"Hey Mr Clifford." I said smiling at him.

"Its good to see you again. Why are you here anyways?"

"I'm going to visit Michael. He hasn't called and I'm wondering why. I'm just going to see if his okay."

He look at me questioning. "Didn't he tell you that he doesn't live here anymore. He has his own house now."

"Oh. I'm sorry he didn't "

He didn't tell me that! Tsk.. Whatever. Why would he tell me anyways? I'm just his secretary.

"Yeah. He just move a month ago. Here is his address." Then he told me where his address was.

"Thanks Mr Clifford. I'll go now." I said and wave at him.

He smiled at me.

I went in my car and drove to the said place.

When I reached the place I was amazed cause its also huge.

I knock but no one answered or open. It

I knock twice thrice and a lot of times but still no one.

I tried the doorknob and surprisingly it wasn't lock.

I open it and walk in.

When I reached the living room I was surprised to see him pass out on the sofa.

With bottle of beers on the floor. The place was a mess!

"Michael, what happened to you?" I said running beside him.

I shaked him to wake him up but earn a groan instead.

"Why is this place a mess? And why are you wasted?" I asked worriedly

He didn't answered. I rolled my eyes but felt his temperature.

His hot! Yeah I know that but literally hot right now.

He has a fever.

"God Michael what happened to you?" I said and stood up.

I went to the kitchen and get a basin of water. I went upstairs to his room

I'm not intruding or something.

I got him a shirt and went back to him.

"Hey, Mike can you please wake up?" I asked but still his pass out.
