The rays of the morning sun shone brightly through the window, signaling the beginning of the weekend. I shielded my eyes from the bright light. I pulled the blanket over my shoulder and went back to sleep.
At least, I tried to.
The blanket was stuck for some reason, like something heavy was placed on top of it.
I pulled a few more times, but it was no use. That's when I turned to my left to see why it was stuck.
I nearly screamed at what I saw.
A man was in bed next to me.
A complete, total stranger was sleeping in bed next to me.
His face looked so calm. It would be weird to say this, but the stranger actually looked...handsome. His blond hair shaped his face perfectly, and he had young facial features that made him all the more charming.
'Wait a minute, blond hair? I think I know someone with blond hair. Now that I think about it, his face does look familiar. Have I seen him somewhere? Blond hair, blond hair. Who do I know has blond hair?' I gasp in shock.
'No! It can't be him!' To make sure, I looked at his outfit. 'Ba-Bartender?!'
No.
I know who this guy is. I know him. He's...
Suddenly, his eyes slowly opened. As he woke up, he took quick notice to my presence, and stared silently.
For what seemed like an hour, we stared at each other, trying to realize just what was happening.
Until I screamed.
"AAAHH!" I pointed at him in my pajamas.
"Wh-Who are you?! What are you doing here! Why are you in my bed!?" It was his turn to freak out on me.
"Me?! I should be asking you! Who are you?! What are you doing here?! This is my bed!"
"What are you talking about?! It's not your bed! It's mine! Look, see? It's my bed!" The Shizuo look-a-like sat up on my bed and observed it closely.
"...You're right. This isn't my bed." He stood up and walked around my room.
"This isn't my room either." He walked out of my room and I followed him.
"This isn't my house!" He ran down the stairs and headed towards the front door. I stayed at the top of the staircase.
"Hey, your front door is open."
"Huh?" I looked at the Shizuo look-a-like as he opened the front door without unlocking it.
"Do you leave your front door open at night?"
"No! I always leave it locked. Unless..." I paused briefly.
"You broke in! Burglar!" I pointed at him again and he got mad.
"I didn't break in! Why would I break in?!"
"Obviously to steal stuff!" He face palmed himself.
"If I was a burglar that broke in, why would I be sleeping with you in bed?" I was going to retaliate, but he got me.
"...You're right. A burglar wouldn't sleep with me in bed. A burglar would have left immediately after stealing stuff." Shizuo look-a-like nodded.
"By the way, I forgot to mention this again, but, who are you?" I walked downstairs.
"I'm Heiwajima Shizuo. You?"
"Wait are you sure you're him?"
"Yeah."
