BLESSINGS
This morning
I got up to walk
To my mom
was I able to talk
I was able to eat on my own.
There were no aches in my bones.
I was safe on the way to school.
God still loves me,
Even when I act a fool.
I can see everything around me.
I can hear everything around me.
Every new second in my life is a blessing.
My parents and family are blessings.
My salvation is a blessing.
Too many blessings for me to count.
Thank you God!
For them all.
