Hell

AUTHORS NOTE

This poem is about a subject that everyone should know about because this is a place where you do not want to go. I have written about it before, but this is a place no one wants to go to. I do not want anyone to go there.

HELL

Flames licking at your skin.

The pain and torment will never end.

Burning night and day.

For a debt you could never pay.

The wails of thousands in your ears,

Blending in with yours over the years.

Then you are called up to a great white throne.

There is nothing you can do,

For your sins to be atoned.

You are cast into an eternal fire.

Plunged into darkness.

You remember those times,

Jesus knocked on your hearts door.

And it was Him you continued to ignore.

If you could turn back time,

You'd make salvation yours.

Don't wait to be saved,

Until it is too late.

Otherwise hell,

Will be your eternal fate.

Revelation 20:11-15

11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
