AUTHORS NOTE
This poem refers to my latest chapter, "Abiding in Christ," in my Bible verses book. I mention that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. This poem is called "He Strengthens Me."

HE STRENGTHENS ME
When I am down with worry,
He lifts my spirts.
When I feel like there is no one to turn to,
He is there to carry my burdens.
When I feel like I can't reach others,
He provides a way.
When I don't know where to go,
He shows me the right path.
When I fall,
He reaches down to pick me up.
When I have to do the impossible,
God makes it possible.
For with God,
I can do anything,
Because it is He,
Who strengthens me.
