'All lives matter' is several people's opinion about this movement. I agreed with those people at one point as well because I didn't know what the movement meant. Black lives matter because they are being treated like they don't. People need to open their eyes and see what kind of hate the black community faces everyday. There's stigma and stereotypes for everyone but black stereotypes are one of the more prominent ones in the media. Black women are hyper-sexualized and portrayed as angry or sassy. This has got to stop. It gives others a bad view of the black community and women in general.
