By now, you probably already know that I am a liberal. So, of course I'm going to talk to you about the LGBT community. They have fought so hard to be included and to have rights just like everyone else. Right wing conservatives are so dead set against them for no reason other than their 3000 year old book that apparently says to hate them. (But no one brings up that it said slavery was ok) That seems to be the only thing half (or more) of them seem to follow. They call themselves 'good Christians'. But how many conservative law makers have been proven to be corrupt? (Conservative ones aren't the only ones, btw) How many have cheated on their spouses or just outright spoke hate of another person?! That doesn't sound like a 'good Christian' to me. Jesus died to forgive all sins and taught people to love one another no matter what. That is what a 'good Christian' does. That's what a decent human being does. Straight people never had to fight for the right to hold their significant others hand in public, or were afraid to do so in fear of being shot. Love is love and the world needs as much love as it can get.
