Deal With The Devil: Part 3 As the battle against Lobo seems lost, Green Lantern arrives to aid in the battle!
Lantern held his ring up to Lobo.
Lantern: Stand down, it's over.
Lobo: It ain't over till I get paid!
Lobo charged at Lantern, who tried to stop him with a brick wall construct, but failed as Lobo charged through it.
Lantern then struck Lobo with a baseball bat construct as he began to stand up, staggering the bounty hunter.
Lobo then countered Lantern with a blast from his gun, sending him upward and out of the cave.
As Lantern laid on the desert ground, Lobo jumped high into the sky from the cave, and came down to Lantern intending to stomp his foot on him, but was interrupted by a missile construct.
Lobo fell into a sand dune, and disappeared into the sand.
Lantern approached the sand dune, prepared to deliver a final strike, when Lobo emerged, weakened.
Lobo: You know what? Screw it. I'm not getting paid enough to deal with three assholes. I'm out.
Lobo's space bike landed in front of him, and he mounted it, looking at Lantern when he reeved it.
Lobo: Tell the new kid that he's got a future in being a badass, and should come to me for pointers.
Lobo flew off into the atmosphere.
Lantern went back down to the cave to check on you.
Lantern: Hey X, you ok?
You hazily got up.
X: Yeah, I think so. Where is Lobo?
Lantern: He left, we weren't worth whatever amount he was getting paid.
X: And Brainiac?
Lantern: I don't know.
X: We need him, let's go!
You and Lantern ran into the temple, and found Brainiac examining the final piece of the room's puzzle.
X: Hey, progress?
Brainiac put his hand on a spot on the wall, and the case in the center of the room opened.
Brainiac: Yes.
Lantern: Well damn.
The three of you looked into the case to see it's contents.

Lantern: What is it?
X: It's a stick with a compass.
Brainiac: It is the Galactic Compass, capable to point the way to any place in this universe or any other.
X: Neat.
Brainiac: Indeed.
X: And what about the Royal Arm? Where is it?
Brainiac: In the case where the compass was held.
You looked in and saw a set of axes.

When you touched the axes, they absorbed them into yourself involuntarily.
X: Where did they go?
Brainiac: They are held within you, the Royal Arms can be summoned by the current king of Kalan.
You focused, and the axes appeared in your hands.
X: Wow.
Brainiac: A predicted response.
X: And there are more?
Brainiac: Yes, across the galaxy, one is even hidden on Earth.
