Saige Moris thought that moving to a new town would do no harm to her high school experience. How terribly stupid and naive she had been. Wintercrest, the creepy new town she just moved to keeps a dangerous mythical creature creature hidden from human eyes.
With shock Saige learns all too quickly that blood sucking vampires do exist. It's the middle of her junior year and she's determined not to die at the hands of a very persuasive vampire. This becomes much more difficult to do when she starts having feelings for the dangerously attractive Carson Grey.
He is intelligent, he's unpredictable, and most of all, the only vampire willing to protect her from the menacing threats of Wintercrest Academy.

The book it's self was actually pretty good. I'd personally never quite read a book with that plot before and it was an interesting change from the usual vampire cliches. It's like the author reads your mind and makes you think that you know what's gonna happen and then the the plot completely changes.
