To say this book was interesting was to say the least.
Ever since Angelina's father was out of the picture it was just her and her mom. Fighting their way through every obstacle one bill at a time. However this time, the hurdle is just a bit too high, and Angelina and her mom won't be able to jump out of this one.
To help her mom pay of her bills Angelina turns to drugs, not taking them, but selling them for quick cash. There's just one problem.

Businesses has been great for Mav and other than the occasional fights no body ever dares to cross his path. It's all good news until Angelina starts dealing and stealing his profit. Maverick warns Angelina to stay away but being the resilient girl she is, she doesn't care for his warning. One thing leads to another and let's just say things don't end up well for the both of them.
Honestly so good. This book is literally addicting ( pun intended... You know because you can get addicted to drugs... No? Okay... Cool). I finished in in a matter of hours and loved every second of it. The author really explores the emotional aspect of their relationship and demonstrates a really good sense of change in Mav after meaning Angelina. Please read this books guys.
