Ava's POV

What kind of fuckery is this?

5 minutes ago, I was about to devour a pizza that looked like it was made from the gods, and now I was in the back of some dodgy looking car with some dodgy looking people. I glared at Dan and Phil, expecting an answer to what on earth was happening, but they looked away, guilt written on both of their faces.

Evie had my hand in a death lock, as she continued to quiver in fear. She was scared by practically everything, so this situation was probably scaring the shit out of her. Though I was scared as well, I was more angry with Dan and Phil for dragging us into this situation. They were both unable to look at me still which only added to my worries.

No one spoke once whilst in the car as you could cut the tension with a knife. The only sounds you could hear were Evie's quiet sobs, and the roaring sound of the engine. We were defiantly going over 100mph but I didn't dare ask to slow down, as the guys in this car looked intimidating as fuck, and would probably not hesitate to throw me out of the moving vehicle.

The silence was interrupted by the shrilling sound of my phone ringing. I quickly grabbed my phone ready to decline whoever was calling, however when looking at the caller ID I knew I couldn't. I let out an unintentional groan before answering.

"Hi mum" I answered, keeping my voice quiet however it was useless as everyone could hear me anyway.

"Hi love! Are you okay? Did you get there alright? Are Dan and Phil there?" My mum questioned, her voice echoing around the car, even though she wasn't on speaker phone.

"Yes mum, I'm fine." I said, trying to end the conversation quickly.

"You don't seem fine" she snapped. "What's wrong?! Has something happened! I knew I shouldn't of let you go!" She exclaimed.

"Mum!" I raised my voice. "I'll call you back later okay, I'm just a bit busy at the moment." I sighed, ready for her to snap once again.

"Have you seen any idiotic gangs whilst in Brighton? If you have, you must call the police! Apparently there's a huge police hunt for them! Thank goodness for that eh? " She stated, completely ignoring what I had said.

All of the guys bodies seemed to tense as my mother said these words. They all turned and looked at me, communicating through eye contact, almost begging me not to say anything.

I took a huge gulp, before answering my mum. "Nope, no gangs here. Gotta go, bye!" I said quickly, before hanging up. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding, before putting my phone back in my pocket.

After the longest 10 minutes of my life, we had finally came to a stop. Everyone proceeded to get out of the car except for myself and Evie. It was as if fear had took over me, as my body refused to move and breathing had become somewhat of a challenge. I was trying to take deep breathes in order to prevent a panic attack but damn it was difficult. Even though I knew Dan and Phil wouldn't hurt me, I couldn't speak for the other guys. For all I know they could be kidnapping us, or out there waiting to murder us. They might even be tryi...

"Are you going to come with us or are you planning to stay here the entire night?" An unfamiliar face appeared, interrupting my mini panic attack. I didn't know how to respond, but surprisingly Evie had found some bravery and proceeded to get out the vehicle. I took a deep breath and followed her.

Once we were out the car, it had allowed me to take in our surroundings. To my surprise, we weren't in the middle of some field, ready to await our death. We had parked in from what I could tell was an expensive looking neighbourhood, in front of a rather luxurious, classy house.

After realising I was the only one left outside, I quickly ran into the house. As expected, the house was furnished exquisitely with chandeliers, expensive ornaments, occupied with a grand spiral staircase. I was in awe of this luxurious house, however quickly snapped back to reality once realising the situation we were in.

The door leading into the kitchen was slammed shut, and not a person was in sight, which only added to my worries. I looked around for Evie, however there was no sign of her.

Feeling hopeless and scared, I perched myself at the end of the rather expensive looking sofa, and waited for someone to tell me what the hell is going on.

The eerie silence was broken when shouts where echoed from the kitchen. I could hear Dan's stressed voice shouting among the group, which meant that whatever had happened was bad, as Dan didn't get stressed often. The arguing lasted over 10 minutes, until they opened the kitchen door & joined me in the living room.
