Hermione woke up early, still thinking of Astoria Greengrass.  She hadn't seen Draco since dinner yesterday.  She thought maybe to give the ministry a call, but if Draco found out, she would appear untrusting. 

Ginny groaned from her bed "Is it morning already?"

"yes and I've been up for an hour!" Hermione replied moving over to her closet to get dressed.

"Hey Where are you going?"

"Down to breakfast, maybe their will be another paper on Astoria, or better, Draco to explain." She whipped on her denim jacket and left the dormitory.

She walked quickly into the breakfast hall and spotted Harry reading the paper.

"Good Morning" she said to him coldly taking a seat across from him.

"Is something wrong Hermione?" He asked placing the paper on the table and looking up at his friend.

"No....Why would you say that?" She glanced at the Slytherian table, but barely anyone was there.

Harry didn't know how to reply so just took another sip of his juice. They sat there in silence until Ginny arrived, sitting next to Harry, placing a kiss on his lips.

"Where's Ron?" Ginny asked, since he was usually always the first one down to breakfast.

"Oh...well um..." He didn't know what to say.  He whished they didn't ask.

Hermione now was glaring at Harry.  "your not telling us something!"

"Hermione....I promised him I wouldn't tell you."

"Well if it is concerning me, you better tell me!"

"It really is nothing"

"Fine....I don't want to know." She looked back at the Slytherian table. "Where is Draco?"

"I'm right here..."He looked over at Potter and then added a "Sweetums."

"Oh Hi" Hermione moved her book bag from beside her, making room for him to sit.

"So why were you wondering where I was?'

"Oh um nothing.....I just hadn't seen you since yesterday." She knew he could tell she was lying.

"Would it have something to do with Astoria?" Harry asked still untrusting Malfoy. "You know the one who Hermione was..."

"Harry!" she threw him a warning look.  If Draco knew that she was jealous, she would never hear the end from him.

"No its all right.  I guess I should explain." Draco said.  He swallowed and stiffened a bit.  "Astoria Greengrass is the one my mother had arranged for me to marry."

Ginny spit out her drink "I'm sorry what?"

"Well in our family you have an arranged marriage set up from birth.  Your supposed to Marry that person, unless of course you Marry someone else first."

" And You didn't tell Hermione about this!" Harry said in a accusing manner.

"No Potter...I didn't even meet her before.  Her name was thrown out in a conversation once over dinner with my parents.  I forgot all about her until I heard her name again."

Everyone was silent.  Hermione knew she shouldn't be angry at him.  They weren't actually dating, but she felt a little cheated.

"What is he doing here?" Ron now appeared with Pansy Parkinson on his arm.

"So that's where you were that Harry wouldn't tell me about!" Hermione looked at the duo in disgust.

"Hi Draco...." Pansy said as if she was still not over him "Mudblood" she scoffed, now looking at Hermione.
