Niall POV
I watched as Alex was dragged out of Mr Daniel’s office.
She didn’t need to see what was to happen next. I know she is properly dying of curiosity, but the less she knew, the better.
I took a glance at Ellie before nodding – motioning, her to continue with the plan.
She nodded back and her face held a mischievous grin whilst Mr Daniel’s held the opposite.
“Close the doors and wait outside, we’ll be 10 minutes.” I motioned towards the guards still standing by the door.
They all nodded and closed the door – leaving Ellie, Mr Daniel and I alone.
“What do you all want?” The monster spat.
“We want the article Alex sent you.” Ellie spoke my thoughts out loud.
“Not happening,” he shook his head – no.
I huffed before walking over to the man. “Hand it over.”
“Niall Horan, what a pleasure…” He forced a smile, “but cornering me, in my office, forcing me to hand over the papers is not such a good idea.”
I growled, “How dare you try to trick Alex you filthy bastard.”
“Trick her? My – I never.” He pretended to act shocked, “Alex has done such good for the company, why would I want to trick her?”
“Because you’re a – ”
“Niall!” Ellie shouted, “Stop it, we’re not here to argue, we’re here to warn him, get the papers and get out.”
“Listen to her,” The fucking idiot teased – I really wanted to punch him. “You know, I’m surprised you got this far without any paps swarming you.”
I could hear Ellie giggle beside me – so I shot both, Ellie and Mr Daniel an ice – cold, death glare.
*FLASHBACK*
Ellie pondered for a moment, “I have an idea.”
“What? What is it?” I rushed – I needed to get inside.
“Ok so, I have some clothes of mine at the back of the car and maybe you could – ”
“No, no, absolutely not.” I shot down the idea.
I am not dressing up as a girl.
“C’mon Niall! It’s the only way you can get in without the paps tearing you to shreds!” I could tell Ellie was trying to hide the smirk – but it ended up showing and growing into fits of laughter.
“No, no, that’s the worst idea.” I eliminated – still shaking my head. “I am not dressing up as a girl.”
“Do it for Alex,” She had stopped laughing and her face was now, serious.
I scoffed – I hate the paparazzi so much right now – words cannot describe, “Fine.”
I regret telling Paul to stay back at the hotel and I knew my man pride was going to be washed away, after this.
“But you must promises you will not tell anyone about this?” It came out more as a question then a demand.
“Promise.” She gleamed.
“Ok…but I’m going to call Paul so we can get back up...” I confirmed.
“Great,” she smirked, “now let’s get to work…”
Oh god, I am never going to hear the end of this.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
I shuddered at the idea of having to wear makeup and a wig again.
“That’s not what I’m here for.” I ignored Mr Daniel’s question, “where did you store the article?”
He sighed before replying, “You’re too late.”
Ellie gasped, “But I thought you said you weren’t going to publish it until tomorrow morning?”
“That’s true,” he nodded, “but I don’t have it now – the editor in chief, has the whole newspaper for tomorrow, Mrs Dasia is editing it and you know what she’s like.”
I turned to Ellie for help but she had her hands on her face.
“Mrs Dasia? Are you fucken kidding me?” I heard her mumble.
Wow, is this, Mrs Dasia that scary?
“Is she really that bad?” I spoke, clueless.
“Oh, you have no idea.” Ellie almost laughed. “She’s terrible – worst.”
What are we going to do?
I could hear Mr Daniel cackling beside me.
“What are you laughing at?” I quarrelled.
“You.” He pointed, “I’m laughing at how naïve you are, and I’m laughing at how dumb you are. Man… are all your bandmates like this?”
“You son of a bi – ” My fist was just about to make contact with his face but Ellie stopped me before I could.
“Don’t,” Ellie warned, “we want him to get in trouble, not you.”
I huffed before backing away.

Alex POV
Right now, Harry and I were in the middle of watching ‘Inception.’
Harry’s gaze and focus was on the TV in front of us – while mine, was somewhere else.
I couldn’t stop worrying about Niall and Ellie, I couldn't stop thinking about why I was shoved in here and most importantly I couldn’t stop predicting what was happening.
“Hey,” Harry poked my cheek lightly, “what’s up?”
I sighed before sitting up straight, “nothing, I’m just – I’m just thinking.”
“Thinking? About what?” He questioned further.
Yes, I am thinking about your confession but that's not all.
“I can’t stop worrying about Niall and Ellie.” I admitted – causing, Harry’s smile to drop.
“O – oh – um – I’m sure they’ll be fine.” Harry gave me a reassuring grin.
“You’re right, you’re right. I should just stop. I mean it’s not like they’re going to get murdered or kidnapped or mobbed or –”
“Alex, stop.” I could hear Harry chuckle beside me, “stop scaring yourself.”
“Right, I – I’m sorry…” I breathed out a sigh, “They’re going to be okay, right?”
“Definitely,” Harry smiled, “now, relax and breathe.”
I giggled at his words before nodding, “Thank you Harry, I wouldn’t know what to do without you.”
He shook his head, “anytime.”
Before engulfing me in a warm hug – he smelt of mint and ugh, why do all the One Direction boys smell so good?
“You smell nice.” I mumbled into his chest.
“You’re so weird.” I could feel the vibrations of him, laughing, against my head.
“No, but seriously you smell nice, like a minty sort of smell?” I spoke my thoughts out loud as I pulled away.
“Chewing gum,” he confessed.
Okay... so here goes nothing...
“Harry, can you do me a huge favour?” I tried to pull off the puppy dog face.
“Sure, what is it?” He beamed – dimples showing.
“Get me out of here.”
SORRRY I HAD TAKEN SO LONG! I PROMISE I WILL TRY AND UPDATE MORE!
