Hey guys! I hope you've had a good weekend! I did! Well, as long as you count catching a cold fun. But I dud get to lie around all day! YUSH! Anyways, I will be adding more characters as we go, mainly in tis chapter. If you get confused, comment below. Thank you sooooo much for reading!,
Robin's POV
Ok, so really there's 12 of us. Daniel is 12, so he's the oldest. And he takes care of the other 11 of us. In our group, I'm the youngest, so I stay behind. Last night, Claire, Logan, Kayla, and Ankith found an old library, but was still in good condition to us. It had a roof, a floor, and fluffy chairs and couches. We all took a vote and moved in, 'cause it was way safer for 12 kids to live in than the streets. Really, no one cares who they sleep with,as long as they don't sleep alone. Mainly because that would mean no blanket or pillow, and also you wouldn't be so cold. For the most part, Catie, Kayla, Logan, Emma, Rachel, and I all stay put at where ever our camp is. Only reason Logan end Kayla left was because it was their day to get food and news from the market. "Robin, can I sleep with you tonight?" Kayla asks me, looking at the pillow and blanket I had claimed a couple of nights before after I beat Ankith in a fight. To be honest, I've had to make a list of all of our ages.
Daniel - age 12 ( boy and leader)
Ankith - age 12 (boy)
Claire - age 12 (girl)
Ketaki - age 12 (girl)
Janith - age 12 (boy)
Catie - age 11 (girl)
Kayla age 11 (girl)
Logan - age 10 (boy)
Emma - age 10 (girl)
Rachel - age 10 (girl)
And me, Robin - age 9 (girl)
Yeah, yeah, our group is mainly girls, but there aren't many girls that can steal a watch off a man wrist with out him realizing it. Catie and Kayla's jobs are to watch over us. Mainly because we'll probably do something dumb when nobody's looking. "Fine, just give me a quarter of your food tonight." I mutter while trying to draw Daniel, Ankith, and Claire all doing a poker face staring contest. Kaya pumps her fist in the air and watches me draw. These are the times when I'm glad Logan convinced Emma, Rachel, and I all to join Daniel's group. And yes, we have never been caught. Well, until Catie comes blurting in some army with a poster in her hand, her curly brown hair even more wind swept, her face bright red from the run. "Wait, what did you say?" Daniel looks up at Catie, all the while the rest of us crowd her. Thank Notch Daniel is really, really tall.
