Hopefully we all know the story of the boy who flew too close to the sun ☀️
Well what most people didn't know was that he had a wife and she was going to have a child, what she didn't know was that her child was already dead, so after she gave birth to a dead son, she went to Apollo, and Praying with all her heart that she wanted a child, Apollo said yes as long as the child was partly his, but it would come with a curse, the mother was so desperate she said yes. The child was born a young boy, with blond hair and wings! The wife of the now dead Icarus was shocked, she asked Apollo what was wrong, his answer "a relative of Icarus will fly, but if to close to the sun shall be weak and frail, but in the moonlight they will be strong and powerful!" She understood that, that meant her entire linage would have wings, she was frightened and threw her winged son into the street, where he became a small orphan.

Thousands of years later and now in the 21st century, the curse of Icarus still flows through, but now they can hide there wings or they just don't know that they have any wings yet,
Now here I am Lexi Jones a 17 year old girl, in the streets of New York falling from the Empire State Building, why am I falling you might ask?, well let's go back a few hours

"Jack I swear of you make another fart sound with your mouth, And blame it on me, I will shove my pencil up your nose" I half yelled, I couldn't yell all the way considering we were in class, but the dumbo Jack decided it was funny to make fart sounds with his mouth and blame it on me, since he was sitting behind me the teacher thought it was me and kept saying "You need to learn to control your bodily functions mrs. Jones" and stupid crap like that.

I thought that Jack was finished, but I thought too soon. All of the sudden Jack made a very loud and long fart noise. Everyone stoped what they were doing to look at me, and that is when I decided I was going to keep my word, I turned around red faced and shoved my pencil up Jacks nose so hard it went through it. Oh Shit I thought I quickly drug Jack out of the room and took my detention slip from a wide eyed teacher and walked out, the only thing you could hear was my steps and the shuffling of Jacks feet while I pulled him behind me.
Once we reached the hallway I yelled at him "Really?!?" "What it was funny, but I didn't think you would actually shove the pencil up my nose let alone through it!!!!" He exclaimed back Fair Enough  I thought, we looked at each other, and then he started laughing, looking at him laugh with the pencil though his nose and the blood running down his face was a strange yet hilarious sight, and I began to laugh, we sat there for about 10 minutes just laughing. And then he and I realized Oh Crap He's Still Bleeding, I grabbed his hand and we began walking to the hospital.
~ 2 hours later ~
~~ 10 hours before fall ~~

I sat there on the hospital bench for about 2 hours when Jack finally came out with a giant bandage and a smiley face sticker on his nose, I stand up and hug him "how bad is it?" I ask "well it's definitely broken, needed 12 stitches and now I'll have a killer scar and won't be able to do anything physical for the next month, considering I'll have a hard time breathing" he responded while pointing to different places on his nose, I simply laughed at him, "sorry again about the pencil I didn't think it was going to be that bad"  "it's fine Lex you don't have to worry about it" he exclaimed trying to keep me from feeling bad, "Well I'm still sorry" I said "it's okay man" Jack said
