At this moment I am falling down the Empire State Building, the panic that was once in my chest, has slowly moved to my back, giving me a tingling sensation, at this moment, I want to stop myself and not die, not hit the ground, I feel myself slow down a bit, but I'm still falling. When I catch a glimpse of what's behind me, black.
I freak out thinking it was the Hellhound, but i soon come to realize its wings, not just any wings my wings. The feeling of the wind rushing through the feathers gives me enough adrenaline to pull my body back into the air, I circle around realizing Jack is probably scared to death right now, so I fly to through the window I fell through.

"JACK!" I yell, silence, "JACK!" I yell one more time, I hear shuffling to my left and see my little giant step out from behind a desk, one that had been turned into a makeshift barricade, to Sheild from the fight. There was golden dust everywhere and blood in some spots as well. He has a giant slash across his chest, his hair is disheveled, and his face is covered in the golden dust, with tear stains running down his face. He looks at me as though he's seen a ghost. "Lex?" He asks his voice cracks as he says my name, I walk to him, and he walks towards me with a small limp, "hey, it's me I'm okay.... see?" As I say this I walk up to him and touch his arm, he looks to where I'm touching him and then he brings his hand to my face....... And the next thing I know.

He slaps me, I was shocked honestly. "you dumbass" he exclaims and then he embraces me in a bear hug, though it's a little hard because of the wings. "W-why aren't you yelling at me? A-and why aren't you questioning me about the w-wings?" I question, he looks at me with a small smile, his nose bandage peeling on one edge. "Because I would rather my best friend be alive, then worry about the fact that you have wings. But we should get going" he goes and picks up his dads ring and then grabs my arm, "Where?" I ask
He turns and looks at me and smirks "my summer camp" I halt "but what about my wings?" He looks at my wings realizing. Realization hits him, "well we have to hide them somehow" he states "and how are we going to do that exactly?" I cross my arms across my chest "magic" he pronounces, I laugh, though I shouldn't be laughing considering the fact that I have wings and that I also saw a Hellhound. I stop laughing and say "Alright and how are we going to do that?" He looks at me with a puzzled face "well, um... I'm going to ask you to imagine your wings are gone" he answers ~and how the hell am I going to do that! Am I just going to close my eyes and say wings be gone, and it'll work?~ Jack looks at me wide eyed "what?" I question "well we figured out the wing thing" he states, I look at him puzzled and then I get a glimpse of the reflection in a window that hadn't been broken, and I don't see any wings. "Wow" I breathe out as I speak, "yeah... wow!" Jack responds "well let's change go get some new clothes and then we will go to my summer camp!" Jack announces, and then we walk out of the building and into the world.

Little do we know this is only the beginning of our adventures together.
