I shut my laptop and looked to my right to find my phone ringing. 'Tae' 

"Nikki! I swear its just a rumor please don't believe the articles!! I-" 

"I know I know! Calm down Tae I trust you! I'm just pissed off at these people who are coming up with these rumors.... that's all."

"Are you sure? You're not mad are you?? I'm going to ask the company to release an official statement saying it's not true, because nothing is!" He pleaded. I felt bad for him, he has so much stress to deal with already and now this.

"Don't worry Tae, I'm not mad or angry with you! I trust you! Don't you have a Photo shoot to be at?" I asked.

"Yea I'm at the site. I just took a five minute break." He calmed down by now.

"You're wasting your five minutes with me?? Go get some rest idiot!" I shouted.

"How is talking to you wasting time beautiful?" started with the flirting. "Your flirting skills are getting weaker and weaker by the day, stupid!" 

"Ouch! I liked idiot better.." I could imagine him smirking on the other end. I couldn't help but laugh. 

"Okay now go!! You're getting late!" 

"Bye Peach!" 

Sigh! This long distance is getting harder and harder. I thought about it for days, no not days, weeks! Maybe I should move to Korea, I can definitely get a decent job there, and be closer to Tae. 

I never thought I'd take such a drastic step in my life, and that too for something that is so uncertain. But my instinct tells me to go, I'm going to go if it means strengthening our relationship. 

If it was anyone else, I wouldn't have thought of doing it. But with Tae, I know its going to end in forever. It's going to be worth it, I know it.

The next day, I went to meet my boss. I couldn't even walk to his office, my heart felt so heavy doing this, but it had to be done.

"May I come in sir?" I asked, after knocking. "Come in!" He said from inside.

"Ah Nikki! Please come in. Come sit. What brings you here? Is everything alright?" He asked politely.

"Actually sir, I don't know how to say this, but I've decided to resign."

"Resign?! But why? Did we treat you badly? What's wrong?? Is it regarding your colleagues? Did I do something?"

"No sir! Its nothing of the sort. It's just some personal reasons. I'm going to have to move." 

"But, Nikki, this company saw a huge turn for the good thanks to you. It'd be a great liability to let you go..." He said, Ugh! I have the best boss in the world. I can't believe I'm going to have to leave this place.

"I'm sorry sir, but this is something I have to do." 

"Sigh! Alright, but take a few days time to think about it again. And then if your decision is still the same, then....... I guess I'll have to let you go with a heavy heart."

"Thank you sir! I'll think about it once again and let you know.." 

"Alright then."

And with that I left his office. I decided I'll have to talk to Tae about this before I make any decision, because this is not something that just concerns me, it concerns him as well.

I went back home and gave him a call. "Hey Tae.." 

"Hey Peach! What's up???" He sounded quite happy.

"I needed to talk to you about something. I was thinking of moving to Korea....."

"What?! Moving here!! Are you sure???" Ok that's not the reaction I expected from him.

"You're not happy about it?" I asked. "No of course I would be the happiest person in the world knowing that you're closer to me, but... what about your job? Are you sure you want to leave that and come here for me? Isn't that too much of a sacrifice? I don't want you to give up on your job just to come live closer to me" He said softly.

"I can get another job there as well. It doesn't really matter. It's impossible to make any compromises with your job, but I can with mine. So doesn't it make sense if I do this? We can't keep going at it with this long distance relationship, it's going to be 2 years now. It's just going to get harder and harder Tae. And at some point, one of us will have to make some sort of sacrifice in order to keep this relationship going, and it only makes sense if I do it. I can still do what I love over there as well. I'm not going to regret this. Don't worry Tae."

"Hmmmm, I don't know, I'll support you with whatever decision you make. Just take some time and think about it okay? I love you beautiful! MWAH!" I couldn't help but giggle.

"I love you too! MWAAAHHH!!!" 

So I decided to work here another month and then resign. I wanted to see if I felt the same way even after a month. 

A month passed by really slowly, it felt like an eternity. Finally at the end of the month, I still wanted to go to Korea.

So that's it then, I'm going to Korea. I made my decision, and handed in my resignation letter. My boss was very sweet about it and also managed to get a really good job for me at Samsung as the regional sales manager. 

I didn't have to worry about searching for a job either. I would have to start my work in another three months, so I had plenty of time. 

I decided to go to Korea in a month, like that I'd gave time to pack everything and leave for good. I told Tae about coming to Korea and he was pretty ecstatic about it, but I didn't tell him when I would be coming exactly, I thought it'd be better to surprise him.
