she likes to blend into the background
he likes to be in the foreground.

she could never look other in the eyes
but when she looked into his,
her anxiety when away
and everything seemed okay.

he could never not alone
but when he was with her,
he felt something indescribable
like they were the only two in the room.

but sadly,
he wasn't meant for her,
and she was too hurt.
so their short lived love
that had once burned like a fire,
went out leaving nothing
but ash.
