"No way," Bellamy says over the phone. "You are making this shit up."
"I'm not," Lexa sighs, placing her quivering hands against her forehead, and clasping the phone almost too tightly against her sweating palms. She was sat at the empty dinner table, glancing at the chairs with nobody to sit on them. Costia was currently in class, leaving Lexa to prepare for this evening alone. Taking a deep breath, Lexa groaned, and said, "She's coming over for dinner."
"What?" Bellamy laughed, and Lexa grimaced at the sound, "You're so screwed, Lex. Please tell me that you're lying."
"I'm not lying," Lexa tells him.
"You seriously went to one of Clarke's art shows without knowing it was her art show, and you seriously stumbled upon a giant painting of your face, with both your girlfriend and her boyfriend present? You're telling me that you dream about a girl who suddenly shows up? You're only now, telling me about this girl? You're seriously telling me that this really happened?"
"That is exactly what I'm telling you," Lexa drawls. "Would you like me to text it to you?"
"And then you invited her to dinner? With your girlfriend? And her boyfriend?"
Groaning, Lexa picks her head up and stares blankly at the ceiling. "No. That was Costia. You're not helping, Bell. This is serious."
"This conversation is making my life," Bellamy laughs. "Alexia Woods, my oh so intelligent sister, has fallen into some deep shit. I can't wait to tell Mom. You swear you're not fucking with me right now?"
"I swear. You say a word about this to Mom and-"
"I won't," he replied.
"Thank you," Lexa whispered.
"I'll always be there for you. My sister, my responsibility."
"I miss you," Lexa says, licking her chapped lips and shaking her head.
"I miss you, too," Bellamy sighed, and Lexa wanted nothing more than her big brother in this moment.
And Clarke.
"I'll call you later, Bell."
"Let me know how dinner with Clarke goes, alright?"
"I will. I love you."
"I love you, too."

Raven and Clarke lean tiredly against each other as they lay in their bed, silently watching a movie.
"Okay sunshine, tell me everything."
"There's nothing to tell," Clarke laughs.
"You're saying that you went to her dorm room, with questions upon questions, and there's nothing to tell? Did you speak to her at all? Did you even see her?" Raven exclaimed, sitting up to look directly into Clarke's drooping eyes.
"Yes, I did see her. But not much happened. She hugged me, I hugged her-"
"You hugged! That's the cutest thing I've heard all day! Was it good? Warm? Welcoming? Soft?"
"Yes - what even - a hug is a hug, Rae. Let me finish. Just as I was about to ask some questions, her girlfriend came in and invited us to dinner. That's all."
