Brooklyn wasn't happy at all , nothing had been going well. She was still mad at her parents for wanting to sell their house. Why? she would think to herself, why now? Her mom loved this house and her dad thought it was great, so why now?

"Brooklyn!" Her father yelled "your mother and I are going to the new opening of the gallery museum, we will be back by six". Brooks father was the 'typical father figure' he worked in an office, he wore ties and dress shoes, he loved reading and visiting museums.

"Take care of Nicole!" Her mother added. Great Brook hated babysitting, the door shut. She could hear the car start and back out and then drive away. She watched the family car drive down the road until it disappeared.

Nicole played in her room, pretending to be a queen. She had long brown hair, a face full of freckles, big blue eyes, and a skinny body. She wore a long too-big purple gown from her mothers closet, some plastic high heals, and a tiara on her head. Nicole's imagination was large, so large Brook finds it abnormal.

"Brooklyn play with me!" Nicole yelled to her.

"No Nicole!" Brook yelled back, she hated playing with her little sister, mostly because she had to be the peasant in all the games.

Nicole walked into Brooks room. Her room was a light purple, with a bed big enough for two people only, her furniture was white, it always smelt like a bakery in there. "Go away Nic!" Brook shouted

"Play with me please!" Nicole whined "or I'm gonna tell mommy"

"Nicole get out" Brook said while she shoved Nicole out of the door to her bedroom.

"Nicole I'll pay you ten dollars if you don't tell mom or dad I'm going out" Brook told her sister "only ten."

"Fine" Nicole said as she ran to her room and got her piggy bank and came back "here give it in here".

Brook put a five dollar bill and a bunch of coins for all Nicole knew she had just been ripped off by three dollars and fifty cents.
