Gon's P.O.V

"Ena-chan?" Leorio asked, watching me cry.

"Who is that?" Kurapika asked me.

I saw their faces, they were shocked but also confused and concerned.

Killua stood beside me, eyes wide. I had to tell them cause their concern was just so nice.

"Ena Freeces...my cousin but also like my sister. She was just a year younger than me but was so much stronger. A true genius." I started, wiping the tears away from my eyes.

Their attention turned to me, shocked that I had a cousin. Though, I didn't see why they were shocked. I could have relatives.

"She was so strong, people tried to kill her. They thought she was a monster. But, she dealt with it all and was always super nice. People started to love her. She was amazing. Though, One day..." I started, my face turning sad.

"When she was 7 and I was 8, she disappeared. "

Their eyes widened in shock.

"Eh?! How?" Leorio asked, staring at me.

"I don't know..it was like she was never at the island. She erased all recognition of her identity and left us." I clenched my fists.

Everyone else gave me looks of pity.

"I don't know where she went. Though, what I do know is that if I can continue on this exam, I will see her again!" I looked up, smiling. The three of them had all of their worry leave and started smiling as well.

"Don't forget about us now." Kurapika laughed.

"We're going to make it out of this exam too." Killua grinned.

I looked over to Leorio who gave a thumbs up.

I grinned back, starting to think about Whale Island and Mito-San.

'Mito-San....I made some good friends!'

(A/N: Since we all know that there's still half of the first exam to go, let's just act like it happened cause I'm too lazy uwu also, it wouldn't be as awesome as what's about to happen now~!)

Normal P.O.V

With more than 200 applicants who had failed the first exam, the group was much smaller.

Gon, Killua, Kurapika and Leorio stood in the remaining group of applicants, talking idly until the first proctor spoke.

"KAY THEN LIL BABY CAKES!!!! TIME FOR SATOTZY TO SAY BAIIIIIIIIIII!!! STALK YA LATER~!" He said before strutting off into the forest. The applicants were struck with a chill.

"Um, Killua? What the examiner said.." Gon started, paling

"Ignore it Gon...Ignore..." Killua replied, slapping his forehead.
