hi everybody!
so I've been absent for nearly two months and totally have not followed through on catching up with my weekly updates. I have a lot of reasons for why, because I do have a life (contrary to what this book may lead you to believe about me). but honestly, I think excuses are kinda dumb, and even though my apology is sincere, I'm not going to bore you. (I just saved you so much reading. you're welcome.)
but my point here is that I've lost momentum with this book, and writing it begins to feel like an impossible chore. I don't really enjoy doing impossible chores, so I'm thinking I'm going to back off from this book for a little while longer. I'm not sure what happens next, but I want you guys to know that I have an abundance of half finished drafts in here, waiting for me to write them. I don't think this is the last you'll see of me.
in the meantime, I'm going to be writing a new smut book!! please don't disown me mom!!
I won't make any promises on updates for that one, but I'm really feeling it, so hopefully it'll go well.
thank you guys for all the support of this book and for not coming at me with pitchforks when I disappeared off the face of the earth!! you all mean the world to me.
