I arrived at the icecream place where James was standing there waiting.

"Hey!" I fist bumped James and we both sat down at a table.

"So... I heard you have to give this new girl a tour?" James asked me. I immediately felt my stomach drop.

"Yeah, how did you know?" I reply.

"Ok, first of all, I heard she is cute so I'm gonna give you a few rules, based on my experience. Don't tell any embarrassing stories, ramble on about boy things, don't be a goody tooshoos and do not, under what circumstance, do the whole tour without ruffling your hair at least once." James told me very quickly. I just nodded my head slowly. "Oh yeah, and Max told me." James finally answers my question. After we ordered our icecream, I decided to ask James about his love life.

"Oh, the same thing. Jasmine has been moved to my maths set so that's pretty good." He explained in a very serious tone. James was a year above me and he fancied a girl in his French set. Hence why he loves French and hates German. James is the sort of person who takes stuff like this very seriously- as you do. After we finished our icecream, we decided to go to the park to hang around for a bit. Just then, Poppy was walking with her friend and we both jumped behind the bushes. "Omg that's Jasmine!" James gasped. "Small world huh." I replied, hoping not to be heard because if I were either Jasmine or Poppy, I'd be a little creeped out if I saw two boys spying on me.

"You know, I ship you and Harvey." Her friend said barely loud enough for me to hear. That gave me a few butterflies in my stomach.

"Nah. I've only known him for three hours. You haven't even met him!" She exclaimed. However, her cheeks went a little pink when she said this.

"Well I've seen a few of his featured music.lys." Jasmine replied.

"I dunno. Maybe later in life, but not now." When Poppy said this, I breathed a huge sigh of relief, not realising that James could have heard.

"I heard that." James mocked me. I have to admit that was pretty embarrassing.

"Oh shut up." I nudge him back in a playful way. Once we were out of earshot and sight, we came out of the bushes and walked back to our homes.

"Well, looks like you're in luck Harvey Mills." James laughed. I guess I was slightly happy. But what was going on with me? Did I like her? No. Yes. I don't know. Maybe if- no I don't like her. Do I?

"So, where were you just now?" Max asked me suspiciously as I walked through the door of our house.

"At the park with James." I replied, not wanting to tell Max about the ice cream, since he'll get super jealous and grumpy, that's Max for you... For the rest of the evening Max and I just did maths homework, did a few music.lys and watched Netflix, the usual stuff basically. When we finally went to bed, I felt satisfied with my day.

Hey! Sorry the chapters got mixed up! I don't think its too big because nothing really goes on in this chapter that is important apart from Jasmine and James.
