   (Narrator POV)

A soft noise, escaped a sore and dehydrated throat. It was so soft, velvet paled in comparison. A finger twitched. Then eyelids opened. Only to close again from the bright lights hurting said eyes.
"Hey, Smiley," Toby's voice was hoarse and ruff from crying. "You said she would be awake by now."
The dark haired, blood stained lab coat and medical mask with a smile drawn on wearing, failed doctor sighed. "I said it would be about this time. Or it could be next week. Hell EJ said the same thing as I did!" The male was frustrated with Toby. "Now just calm down. She won't just wake up. We have to wait for the signs." (Which they had missed.)
Toby sat down on the medical bed housing the prone girl. He gently brushed a strand of hair away from her face, only for it to flinch away from him. Both men froze.
"Could she," a whimper was his reply. Dr. Smiley darted forward. "Don't talk and stay still. Toby turn off the lights and light a candle on the other side of the room." The honey brown haired boy raced to comply. "Okay open your eyes slowly," Smiley was happy. 'Now that she is awake everyone will get off my case,' he was giggly.
"W're 'm I," pained, slurred words were barely hearable. Her green eyes glowed in pain. "Iz hur'." Both men quickly translated it. (Translation if you are like me and sometime just can't : were am I. I hurt.)
"Your at Splender's Mansion. More like haunted house from a carnival, from hell. There is rainbow everything," Toby smiled at the laugh that escaped her. Even if it brought pain along with it. "You're awake."
She nodded, not really understanding the significants. 'I'm tired, but I know I've been asleep the whole time,' she struggled to bring her left arm up. The month she had been in a coma, with no real food, put a strain on her undead body.
Smiley was the closest to her moving arm. She grabbed his wrist and pointed to the wrist. Like asking for the time.
"Its February first," Smiley answered. "I'll be back with Slender and Trender, because I'm sorry but you need a new pair of clothes." He only got a nod in reply.
Moon glanced at Toby. He looked relieved, but something told her it wasn't going to be.
"Do you still want to die?" She only raised an eyebrow. "You were t-talking of d-dying bef-before y-you w-went.. W-went." He shuttered, not able to finish the sentence. "Y-you w-wanted to lea-leave m-me." His ticks more pronounced then normal, as tears ran down his face.
"Hello children!" Splenderman was smiling when he waltzed in. Literally waltzed in through the door, leading a laughing Jane the Killer, in her full black attire and white face mask.
Moon who was about to try an answer the crying boy, quickly changed it to getting away.
Splender's outfit was a suit. A suit with rainbow glitter poke-a-dots. And the worst part was every move he made the suit rained glitter. Even Toby tried to escape the craft-herpes of rainbow proportions.
"Splender you're scaring the children. Remember they are from the Slender Household. The only glitter is around Sally's room." The male/thing (I don't know what to call them. They are not human so man doesn't fit) backed away looking like he was doubting himself.
'Sorry mister Splender. I have a phobia of craft-herpes,' moon explained while Toby his from sight. 'Toby?'
"Toby child," Trenderman sighed. "Come out. I promise he won't hug you. We all know the aversion of glitter from our youngest brother." Both human creepypasta relax.
'Tell Toby the only reason it seemed like o wanted to die,' Moonacre looked down. 'The only reason was, well I thought I wasn't going to live. I'd seen what happened to BEN the week before. It wasn't pretty.' It was relayed to the teen looking boy.
"Really," he whispered. 'She isn't suicidal?" Both brothers shook their head to answer, "no she isn't."
"Moony," a boyish voice piped up. "Your awake!"
M-Moo-Moony?" Her soft voice wavered. 'Like Professor Remus Lupin, from Harry Potter?' The last part had to be translated into words.
"The one and only," he smiled showing bright, slightly pointed, teeth.
"It would fit," Toby butted in jealous. "But I personally LOVE Luna better." BEN caught the 'MINE' hidden in the message.
"Cool it," BEN placated. "I'm hear to say we all need you two home. Its boring without hearing you, Toby, bothering Masky. And you, Moony, making some food or another. I miss snack time. EJ just isn't as good a cook."
'Glad to see he loves me for my cooking,' she faked hurt. Not even realising the one sided power play that was going on. "T-Tocky?" Toby froze. "W-we g-go?" She stuttered cutely, though wasn't really trying.
/Toby I think that was you,/ Trender smiled slightly. "First child we need you to get. Clothes first. I have everything we will need."
Hours of measuring, trying on, with some help, and fitting. She was ready to go. Trenderman dressed her in a pair of plack skinny jeans with a simple silver rose stitching on her left hip, slowly tapering off near her knee. A midnight forest green boat cut, long sleeve, shirt with silver letters reading "Dangerous, Shoots to Kill!" Across the back with a red heart with a bullseye in the middle if it. A white beanie and white converse. The laces were neon purple and laced different on each shoe.
"Done," he carried the tired Moonacre to the front door. Toby stood there waiting, unhappy that she had been out of his sight. "Grab on boys. I'll transport you home," both Toby and BEN quickly do as told.
In a flash they were outside the slender mansion. The short walk to the door Moon had fallen asleep. It was quiet in the Mansion.
"MOONY'S BACK!" BEN yelled. Scampering could be heard all around the house.
