Juice looked over at me, and he was about to call my name, but I sent him a glare. He ruined everything, all this is his fault, if he hadn't made a big deal over Jax and I, and instead just talked to me then I wouldn't have left with Jase and we wouldn't have gotten into the car accident.
Jase would be here right now and I would have told my dad in private about Jax and I, everything would be okay if Juice had controlled his anger and used his brain for one second.
He looked away from me, his beaten up face twisting in anger and sadness as he rode off with the many men.
Jax and my dad rode off beside each other and I couldn't help but smile, they weren't on the best terms this second, but they would be, I knew it, things were slowly going back to how it was, and Jase would be back tonight.
I watched as the last bike rode out of the parking lot, leaving Gemma and I alone with some of the crow eaters that stayed. "Robin!" I turned my head and sighed when I saw Amber, "What happened?" she asked, "I didn't ask anyone, cause you know how that goes, but I heard Jason was taken and-and I... I don't know." She said, clearly worried.
"Don't worry, Amber... He's coming home soon." I said as I wrapped my arms around her, "He's coming back." I smiled lightly as we hugged.
"C'mon sweets, let's get home." Gemma said. I nodded and said my goodbyes to Amber then Gemma and I got in the jeep. "Don't kill us." she joked as she sat in the passenger seat.
"I'm a much better driver than that, Gemma." I smirked before speeding out of the parking lot, catching her off guard,
"Jesus Christ!" she said gripping onto the door, "You fucker."
I giggled and drove to her place the normal speed limit so I wouldn't get a ticket or even crash. "I'm exhausted." I parked the car in the driveway and pulled out my phone, "And it's not even that late, I'm an old woman." I joked
"Watch it," she pointed at me, smiling, "What does that make me?"
I giggled and followed her into the house, wanting only to fall asleep and wake up to my best friend home and my family safe, "I'll see you in the morning, if anything comes up-"
"I'll wake you baby, get some rest." She smiled and kissed my forehead, then turned to the kitchen. I opened the spare bedroom door and shut it behind me. With a sigh I sat down on the bed and covered my face with my hands.
"Fuck." I whispered, feeling the worry fill my body the more I thought about what could be happening right now. A tear slipped my eye as I thought about my dad getting hurt, and as much as I wish he stayed back, he could take care of himself and he would, but still doesn't mean I wasn't worried like crazy for him.
I walked into the bathroom attached to the spare bedroom and stripped out of my clothes, taking Jax's flannel and bringing it to my face. The lingering scent that was left from him made me breath out, relaxing instantly.
I placed his flannel on the counter and started the shower, wanting only to wash away the hospital smell and replace it with Gemma's grapefruit body wash.
The warm water ran down my body, over the small cuts and dark bruises that reminded me only of the crash, and I wished the water could just wash away all the marks and reminders.
After I cleaned my hair and body I shut off the water and stepped out of the shower, I then wrapped the fuzzy brown towel around my body then the other towel around my hair and returned to the bedroom. I smiled when I saw the fuzzy pajama short and tank top on the bed that Gemma must have left when I saw in the shower, then dried my body and slipped the Pj's on.
