I tossed and turned in the bed, wishing I could just fall into a deep sleep and forget about all the things that kept me up. Wishing I could forget everything that had happened to us. "You good?" Andrew asked from the other bed him and Jase occupied.
"Cant sleep." I sighed, grabbing water off the nightstand and sipping it.
Jase sat up and yawned, "Lets find something to do then."
I shook my head, "You guys go to sleep, I don't want to keep you up too."
"I couldn't even sleep-" Andrew started
"And im not letting you stay up alone homie," Jase chuckled before standing up off the bed, "What's there to do anyways?" he asked
"Smoke" Andrew offered, reaching over to the nightstand and grabbing the sticker covered bong he had managed to sneak past the airport.
"I'm not saying no to that," Jase laughed and passed the large baggie of weed to him. I leaned back on the headboard and reached for my phone, sending Jax a quick text.
As he blew out smoke, Jase reached the bong out for me but I shook my head, "Still high from earlier," I said, hoping Jax would text me back.
"Let's get out of here..." Jase said
Andrew took another hit and as he blew out the smoke said, "that's what we are trying to figure out."
"No like lets go camping"
I raised my eyebrows. "We don't even have camping stuff, how are we suppose to camp?"
"Well we can rent a car down here and buy some gear then find somewhere up north to camp, feels like it would be a whole lot more fun than this."
I looked over at Andrew and he nodded, "That sounds awesome."
"Let's do it," I giggled, "is there any stores open this late?"
He jumped off the bed, "Walmart, lets go."
-
We pulled up to the camping ground in the small car, "Finally" Andrew said from the back seat.
I yawned and looked at the rising sun, "So im guessing we are sleeping all day."
"Hell no, we are starting a fire and staying up all day." He said as we pulled up into the parking spot, "I did not rent a cabin beside the lake to sleep all day fuckers."
I giggled and opened the door when he was parked and pulled out all the camping stuff from beside Andrew. He had bought tents and sleeping bags before he rented the cabin, but everything else like the fire wood and fishing stuff we would definitely be using.
"I just need to call my parents and tell them where we are, then we will be good." Jase said as he pulled out his phone.
"We will set up the stuff," Andrew said, rubbing his eyes and getting out of the car. Andrew and I carried the chairs and the rest of the stuff to the door of the cabin and waited on jase who was now walking back
He looked at the door, "Is it not open?" We shook our heads and he groaned, "Fuck, I gotta go to the main office to grab the key."
"So you should have listened to me when I said to go check in," I rolled my eyes and laughed.
"Shut up." he laughed, "You coming with me?" he asked us both.
I shook my head as Andrew nodded, "I'm going to set up the fire pit."
